Day 10 | DUMBBELL ONLY FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT | 40 mins

  • Day 10 of the Boot Camp and today smashing a 40 Min Calorie destroying Dumbbell Only Full Body HIIT Workout. This one is going to be tough and work up a serious sweat. A Dumbbell Only Full Body Workout from home with combination of compound exercises to get the body moving in every way possible while working every muscle group
    Second week of the boot camp nearly in the bag guys. Have you got this? Of course you have

    You won't need crazy heavy weight in this one guys
    One more workouts this week , then a couple of rest days
    LET'S DO THIS !!!!
    As with every Zeus workout , I always recommend warming up and doing some dynamic stretching before hand. Even if it is only 5 minutes and we have you covered there

    Aloha from Hawaii...I'm a 56 year old. woman and I am actually keeping up with you. I am amazed at the improvement of my stamina and endurance. Still lacking strength, really struggle with push-ups.

    So I start this workout this morning and I'm like this is not so bad-gonna be easy. By round 3 the sweats pouring and definitely feeling the burn. Great workout Grant. Love your programs and the pace you set in them.

    My dumbbells almost slipped a few times because of my sweaty hands but atleast ive got a good grip from working out with it a lot💪💪 also i almost died with this one😧 but i loved it!!

    That was a sweaty one !!! Was soaked at the end ...but I did a lot better this time than the other two and I felt very tired cus of the two bootcamps but I was able to complete it with much ease than the first two times! Can't thank you enough grant!!

    Your series is great, great motivation, this is my 2nd round of the full series. Day 10 is up there w/Day 18 & 20 as the hardest, just when you think 2 rounds was tough on Day 10 along comes round 3! I'm happy to complete w/o any additional rest, first past thru the series, especially early on, wasn't the case. Also I did your 150 no repeat workout, (bit long as I felt I was losing form) but this one left me more exhuasted! It was as if I showered by the time it was over. Thanks and keep up the great videos! Cheers

    Loved all your hard hitting workouts .
    Wish you incorporated some warmup and cool down at the head and tail end of each workout . I see you have one common warm up but unless it’s incorporated in video lazy like me don’t try to do them ...

      Good stuff Arun. I’ve tried them before in the videos but can see in the analytics that people often skip forward through them which actually hurts how a video is displayed and ranked by UA-cam if that makes sense so just ended up keeping them separate

      No decided to punish you guys more haha. But if you do need a good pilates stretch to add on to one of your days. You could repeat the one from boot camp or if you flick down through my previous videos I actually did a full 6 part pilates course for beginners. Totally worth it 👌
