Day 13 | Lat ,Back And Leg Workout At Home | Dumbbells Only

- Boot camp Day 13 and today we are hitting a full Lat and Back Workout at home and the legs. A back workout and leg workout is not for all , but for some muscle groups that people struggle with or struggle to motivate themselves to do
So today , we are combining them. trying to make it a little more fun. A routine that we can power through and get it out of the way. Trust me it will be all worth it and your body will thank you for it
No Cardio today as we are just focusing on these two main muscle groups with back to back supersets, which means you can really look up those weights and go heavier and make this an even tougher workout
So for certain exercises like Goblet squats , figure 8 lunges and bent over rows , try and really bump up the weight there if possible to really work those muscles
For the other exercises like the horizontal lat pull and high pulls , you won't be going as heavy in those , especially the horizontal pull. GO light and do it right with this one as it doesn't take much weight at all

As with every Zeus workout , I always recommend warming up and doing some dynamic stretching before hand. Even if it is only 5 minutes and we have you covered there

I am loving your camps! That pull down from the floor was insane! I had to move to smaller weights and I will know I have progressed even more when I can do that with the heavy weights!

30,45,60,60,45,30 - when we got to sixty the first time and I checked the time I thought we were going up to 75 seconds and then back down the ladder!! Thanks for workout, another good one. Couple of double sessions over the weekend and I should have caught up and be up to date with workouts

The difference was good. It was getting a bit like ground hog day. Silly me though I thought it was going to be an easier day. Fortunately it was a much cooler day here than usual. Still in a puddle on the ground. But thanks for changing it up. My shoulders in particular were happy for a change. Tomorrow is day 5 again for me so I might take a rest n the weekend, although it is hard to stop. Or rather hard to start again after stopping. See you soon for day 14. Those prone dumbbells pulls were what really made it challenging for me. Thank god no more chair dips too.

Nice change of pace getting straight to the weights today. Feeling good, feeling strong.

Wasn't particularly looking forward to this one. Love working legs but 3 back surgeries and aching knees put me on my guard. I knew leg pressing 350kg for reps when I was 18 would come back to haunt me now I'm nearly 50. Sticking in there though and actually enjoyed it and got a good sweat on. 💪👍😓😊

Im on day 2, so far so good!! I have a question, whats the difference between Beast and shred programs??? Should i beging first with shred after bootcamp program?
Awesome enjoy the boot camp. Shred would be the starter program of the two. Beast was designed as the follow up and tough progression 👍
I really like that pyramid although a bit cruel to add the extra minute set! At least it wasn't two minutes. I enjoyed the workout without the timer on the screen. It was better just to muscle through until we got the "stop". Like you say, just go to your happy place.

It doesn’t take much weight at all that exercise mate , wouldn’t worry about going super light , even body weight or using a towel on that one you will feel 👍

Day 13 finished dam that one made sweat it my wife's birthday today so admittedly i did treat myself to slice of birthday cake but if the little puddles of sweat are anything to go by im definitely burning it off looking forward to tomorrow get a a feeling day 14 is short but definitely not sweet

😰🔥midweek madness!!! Love leg day and today's choice of exercises -I need to focus more on working the back...am embarrassed to say what weight I used for the hoizontal pulldowns!! Those were killers!! Day 13 done!!👍
Wouldn't worry about the weight with the horizontal pulls, they really don't talk much at all. Even with bodyweight you can feel them 👍

Love the vids but all this repetition makes me lose motivation
You have to change your thinking and mindset as with anything in life you only get better at something and see results through repetition and doing something over and over again. Without some level of repetition you will never progress at anything or know if you’ve improved if that makes sense
