- We are finally here, Boot camp final day and finishing strong with a 40 Minute At Home Full Body Workout
You did it guys. You made it to the end and what better way to finish off than with a killer 40 min At Home Full Body Workout
So today we are hitting 20 exercises in total , each for 40 secs each and repeating the lap twice
But a little twist today as today where you normally would be resting between exercises , we are going to be going pulse squats in those rest periods.
Which I guess technically means we are getting very little to no rest. Yes this is going to burn
But after 4 weeks of the camp , you guys have got this
I just want to take this time also to thank each and everyone one of you who have made ti the whole way through the camp. A huge thank you for all your feedback , your comments , your shares.

I'm proud to be here man. I busted my ass every day with this series and I'm proud to say I completed it. I struggled some days but I pushed through. I feel stronger than I did on day one. I feel better than I did on day one. I'm eager to take the next step.

When I started on Dec 19 I thought I was in pretty good shape. Working out 6-7 times a week. Ran over 700 miles last year. Had been following Zeus for over a year and half. But this boot camp is next level and to finish it off with this 40 min full body showed me just how much I improved over the last month. As you say Grant "MERRIFULLY WE ARE DONE" Now I have to figure out what is next. 💪💪💪💪💪

I started a week late so only today I completed the final 20th day of boot camp. I just wanna say how important this has been for me in this second wave of the pandemic here in Colombia. It's been a tough few weeks with renewed lockdown, and with potential job cuts announced at my work. But this boot camp has kept me going and motivated. Thank you so much grant, today was a bit of a mix of the best hits with a couple of new ones in there.

A hell of a boot camp ending 🔥 🥵
It's been a great four weeks. Every day is a lot of diverse, hard but satisfying workouts - there is no room for boredom. In Poland, gyms have been closed since December, and your proposal to exercise at home is the best. You don't need a lot of space, a bench, barbells, etc.
And Grant, as a coach, you are very motivating. Many thanks for what you do!!! 😎 💪
Now a couple days of rest (i have reserved weekend for you pilates course) and i can jump to a higher level.
Is the BEAST better for the intermediate? 🤔

I made it, all the blood, sweat, tears, and excessive curses aside, I’m sweating like a black Labrador retriever in the Sahara desert and super proud that I made it through. All that aside, thank you so much ZeusFitness, you’re amazing and I wouldn’t have made it through without all the motivation I received from the videos.

Great job Grant. Thanks. I pretty much caught up by the end. Enjoyed it. Def worked even in just 20-40 minutes a day. Format is great too, makes it an easy habit you wouldn't want to break, well done. I would definitely do another of the courses and happy to support your content too. Which course would you recommend? Something similar to this that will continue progress and up the results. Happy to train all but necessary rest days and have very little equipment. Also happy to commit to train like this into the summer. I want to drop another half stone or more. Was reasonably lean and shredded a couple years back and body is starting to remember bits of that already but will take another shift or two! 🤣
Good stuff Stewart ,glad you enjoyed mate, you’ll be in your best shape ever in no time 💪. Shred or beast a good shout.shred slightly shorter workouts ,but sharp and intense 20-30 mins each.most jump in there and a lot I can see from the Facebook group look like they starting it on Monday
Or Beast which is also a great one .30-45 min workouts and arguably tougher. Both a little different but good

Cannot believe it's over! What a ride! You've made a huge difference in my life. I'll be 63 next month - until four years ago I was fit and healthy. Had an accident which left my right side, particularly my right arm, partially paralyzed. I've been foundering around with physio and personal trainers who either told me 'you can't do that' or totally didn't understand my challenges. But this boot camp has completely turned things around for me. I have regained a lot of mobility and fitness that I thought was lost forever, i.e. I can now get up and down from the ground without using my hands, I can carry 20 kilo bags of dog food up a flight of stairs, I can walk two big dogs with confident control. Loads of ADL stuff that was beyond me until now. I've lost 1 kilo and gone down a clothing size. Yes, I did loads of modifications but I kept at it as I was seeing real improvement right from the start. The serious motivation from your comments, Grant, was the winning ticket. You are obviously an amazing human being and really care about training people and improving their lives. Can't thank you enough! And yes, I will be continuing - I'm going to do the Xpress Boot Camp and start putting together shorter vids to make a complete program.

Actually, I do have a question. What’s a good alternative to lunges? My knees are pretty shot so I struggle especially with forward lunges.
Brilliant going guys ,glad you loved it and feeling all the benefits,fantastic to hear.you could try split squats rather than lunging forward. Just make sure to keep form good ,back straight everything at right angles and don’t let the knee lean forward over the foot. This is often where people can feel niggles from the like of lunging 👍

Bit late to the Boot Camp, but just finished Day 20. Did them all consecutively, so looking forward to a rest😅. Brilliant videos and variation on excersises, well delivered with a dry sense of humour.Thanks for putting this out there. I lost 2lbs and an inch off my waist, just what this 48 year old needed👍👍.

This was fantastic. It was awful (in a good way) and it was fun. I transitioned into Shred (and Express is amazing for the off days to give me 5 per), so far it is seamless. I never thought my cheap ass would pay for a program (even though I paid for the gym for years), I now realize the RIGHT offer had never crossed my path. After years of lifting heavy with what I now realize to be half-assed cardio, this is beating my old ass... and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Amazing , love this.yes when pushed right you can smash amazing session whether it’s the gym or at home. But I think a lot of people are starting to realise the quality of training you can get at joke when done right and with good form and pushed. Excellent , keep it going 💪

Maan, what a ride! Initially, I had to take a day pause between each workout due to COVID aftereffects (lungs were f*cked). Starting week two, I went by the schedule and I gotta say: Brutal but amazing! I feel way more alive and ready to get up every day to face new challenges, thanks a lot!

Boot camp complete. Day 20 was a sadistic walk through boot camp memory lane,and just in case you were not watching, you had to walk it again a second time.
Thanks for the motivation throughout, I now have a charity half marathon to complete and once done I’ll be signing up for shred. 100%

Done once again ....third time is the charm.....not as good as u thou.....on first round I hit failure in two exercises only and I did all pulse squats on time with 10 pound dumbell ....now on second round I failed in a few more exercises but took three quick breaths and kept going till failure again or the clock was done and I did the pulse squats with bodyweight only and I missed one pulse squats sets after gladiator push-ups I was too gassed
But gonna do this boot camp again for sure I'm a month or two , gonna switch things around doing some of ur other videos and some others I did before and eventually re do this bootcamp and ur express bootcamp as well cheers! I'll comment on pyramid week and mini week no repeat once I'm done with them!!

Finished the final workout this morning (started it a week late) and, as I said before, this was the best home workout program I've found on UA-cam since the first lockdown in the UK. Thanks so much for putting this together and well done to everyone else that has completed it. I think a day or two off, then start again with heavier weights and more reps...!, 💪🔥🔥🤘

Nice work Doreen 👏 I'm exactly the same and realise I will have to put in the leg sessions if I'm being honest and I'm actually noticing a difference there already... I too will be using the Zues workouts to keep everything in check 👌💪😅
@@brianmelrose4757 for me it will be back & shoulders! Love chest & leg workouts.....oh and I tolerate ab & core (that may have to be included!😄) . Noticed in the past 4 weeks I was able to increase weight on certain exercises. Best of luck in future workouts and continue to train hard!💪😊

If l said l enjoyed the boot camp it would be a stretch! But after 4 weeks am pleased with the physical transformation. Looking more toned , have more energy and feeling a lot more positive, thank you... What’s next? :)
You know you loved it really 😬, pain is gain and all that haha. Currently shooting a new program so been firing up some best of boot camp shorter workouts on the channel in the mean time. But I’ve a number of off UA-cam program you’re more than welcome to give a try. The likes of shred , absolution and beast 👍

Just finished the series. Finished it in 26 days. Loved it. If I had watched my diet as well, I would have seen even better results. But, I'm happy with my progression nonetheless. What would you recommend I do from here, Grant?
Awesome and a big well done, you smashed it. I’ve a number of programs you could try. Most people who finish boot camp hit Zeus shred first or Zeus beast. Beast would be similar length of workouts to the bootcamp but tougher
Shred slightly shorter , sharp intense workout more in the 20-30 minute range but very popular also
