Thank you for these tips. I just got my first device and was very confused about dosing, and now I see that more isn't necessarily better.
Thankfully, my consistent routine is exactly like you recommended. It may not be morning, but when I get home from work, I take a shower and the first thing I do is use my device before putting on moisturizer. I wasn't certain about the moisturizer, but I figured it'd probably be better to use it before I put it on, and you just let me know that was a good call

I feel like is better to use in the morning.
Especially when shining red light close to the face.
If doing it at night, body might think it is morning since strong red light energy emit to the body and may confuse the internal clock?
Even not shining red light closer to face, let’s say shining to ankle, but our cell have internal clock too (that’s what I heard), so might still confuse the body?
    Just my guess.

@@SoulEscalator that’s a great question, and worthy of some future video content 🙌🏼
While we have to be careful with other wavelengths of light (especially blue/green), the human body has evolved with some “sleep immunity” to red and infrared. At night, it would be possible for us to be exposed to these wavelengths, either by a fire, or even general heat (which is infrared light).
There’s also been clinical studies where they used red light therapy in the evening, and see significant increases in melatonin (sleep hormone). You can see this here: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3499892/
With that said, regardless of the color, some people find a bright light aimed at their face quite “mentally stimulating”, so I always say don’t aim at your face within an hour of the time you plan on going to sleep.

The length of the session will depend on the device's light intensity. Which device are you using?
For frequency, daily sessions is best.
