      @@RDbodybuildingreardelt They weren't making any money and some of the members got opportunities to move up in the companies they were working for while in the band. They got shafted by the record labels too. Fueled by Ramen never really promoted them.

    Its one of the only songs that is a real tear jerker."I've been everywhere now, searching far and wide but she was down the street...She was the best I ever had or ever will again." It brings back so many nostalgic memories. It pretty much sums up the genre of pop punk.

      16 years of underground music and one of the most memorable moments of all this years was the fact that I got to see this guys here in Brazil playing with Story of The Year.

    I still listen to The Swellers all the time! I wish they were more successful so we could keep getting new music. So many memories attached to this song, 2009, Fire Away, Everest, Got Social, man I hope they're all happy and doing well.

    This song still makes me cry no matter how times I listen. I’ve buried an endless amount of memories of a couple women from my past that just bring me pain now, but this song has helped bring them to the surface in such a beautiful way. I sincerely can’t put into words how cathartic this all is. It honestly illicits so many emotions I can’t put into words how much it resonates with me.
    I love and miss this band so much

    Just finding these guys now in 2024 😢 started following Nick’s pedal company and bought one of his pedals, found out he produced early Hot Mulligan, and traced it farther back to The Swellers. Wow. So good!!

    Man I still love this fucking song. Being a ‘96 born kid, 23 now with a single mother who’s father passed away when they were 6, when he said “every day of ‘99”, I absolutely felt that. This song gets me nostalgic as fuck for those last years of the 90’s and all those years growing up into the 2000’s. Don’t think I’d be where I am without this song, it’ll always be playing in the back of my head.

    I talked to Johnathan before, he's one of the coolest and most genuine people I've ever talked to. I miss The Swellers. They're way too underrated, and they could've transformed music if they stayed together. It's makes me sad that they stopped because their manager was bad at his job. RIP The Swellers, you were the best I ever had

    Just saw them a last night in Dallas it was awesome had a pretty good convo with them. But the best part is that one of their friends went on stage and proposed to his girlfriend. She said yes and it was really touching I hope they have a long and happy Marriage
