Not worth it. If your not an electrician, just trash it. Power Board, T-con, etc. not worth the DIY effort. Not going to buy parts as much as the TV itself. Hopefully, your still under warranty.

I believe it's worth it to buy some stuff online. If it is either the power board, the main board or the t-con board. Because it is way cheaper to buy those than to going by $500 TV. I fixed my vizio TV by just buying a t-con board on eBay for I believe was $30 and that beats going to the store and wasting 500 or more on a 50 inch TV.
