A very comfortable home to retire to or live sensibly with a small family. I like all the outdoor living options. One more toilet for a visitor with IBS would make it fabulous. I love the homey feel❤️
I really like this house! The two things I am missing are 1) storage space for holiday decorations, such as a tree, wreathe, etc.; and of course, 2) a garage to not only park a car but store a bicycle, tools, etc. Otherwise, this is a favorite!
Every layout I see, I try to imagine where I could reasonably put a garage. I could see putting one on the side with the chimney. Only one window would be lost - that's where the man door could go instead. Make it big enough to store your holiday decorations, etc.
I love the layout, but would like to see a 2nd bathroom. The kitchen layout is perfect!. I would have liked to seen a pantry though. I do love that the one bathroom has the roll in handicap shower.
Love the entry coat bench, only missing is a pocket door blocking the main home from the entry. Most homes in Europe you do not walk straight into main family areas. ❤
Skylight in the bathroom instead of windows, move the toilet away from the shower/tub area, add a second bath. Add a small pantry in the kitchen, cabinet for the fridge.
Very nice house, I'm already thinking about doing away with the fireplace, I'd go for underfloor heating with a deep borehole or solar energy feed. The window behind the sink would have to go, and a one-piece window in the bedrooms, more windows means more cold bridges. A bathtub with a shower function is a must.
Love the kitchen cabentry finally someone who gets it. All drawers on the bottom. Nothing more wasteful than reach ins on the bottom. Yuck. For me the house needs to be larger with 3/4 bedroom and kitchen away from living space. This one is great for 1/2 people.
I always love they way you make all your homes seem so inviting and comfortable. Even if I might not like certain aspects of a design plan, I always love the feeling I get with your homes. Makes me want one. thank you!
What a charming cottage! 🏡✨ The two bedroom is perfect for a small family. I love how it looks cozy and stylish at the same time. A cottage like this creates an atmosphere of coziness and tranquility, and its size is perfect for those who want to live compactly but comfortably. I wonder what other details and features this cottage has? Looking forward to more information and inspiration for your future home! 🌼❤
Very nice ideas. TY😀 Would tweek inside with a combo 3/4 bath & laundry room. Put the full bath with master bdrm. Add on a garage off side entry for storage of seasonal items & autos in ❄️☃️
The exterior of the house is quite handsome! My major concern about the layout is that there is just one bathroom. For a two-bedroom house at least another half-bath would be desirable.
These are beautiful homes perfect for a small family or couple. I love the different textures of stone and wood and the cross beams! I would put built in book shelves on either side of the fireplace though with a wide enough/tall enough shelf for the plasma TV though. I think these should be the wave of the future, better than "Tiny homes" which are too cramped and claustrophobic imho! I actually hate the big homes they've built over the past several decades with the palladium windows and huge garages that stick out in front that are bigger than the house itself!
@malekodesouza7255 My mom grew up in a 3 room cabin, minimal electricity, cooking and heating with wood stoves, no running water, and an outhouse. They did laundry once a week at her grandma's place and hauled water up from her well to use during the week. We have GI issues that run in our family. Having only 1 bathroom hasn't worked for my family since I was a kid. We have 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a powder room downstairs. It isn't about being spoiled but about not messing ourselves because it was already occupied.
Day 3,478 of asking for a fireplace that is centered to the seating area with a TV over the mantle... and not taking up other valuable space for a dedicated TV nook. 😂😂
The area needs to be shown in square feet -- your American viewers really don't need the distraction of having to convert meters into SQ FT. You should provide both SF and meters. There needs to be windows on all 4 sides of the house. The fridge needs to be away from the living area. It looks tacky standing there practically inside the living room. And fridges make noise -- a big consideration, IMO. I like that the front porch extends the full length of the house. ;-)
Unlike most of your other floor plans, furniture and decorations, this house misses the mark for me. Perhaps a few changes would make it more livable for a husband/wife family, but absolutely "no" to more residents unless a baby is added to the mix and the structure is built to eventually accommodate a second story for the expanded family. Another suggestion is to eliminate the outside door in the living/dining room and place a round dining table/chairs in that corner. The window could be moved over and made into one which opens so that food to be consumed on the patio could be passed through. That would provide more space for the kitchen. As presently constituted, the sink placement would become more than a little annoying if you had to use it every day. Near-on claustrophobic. The rest of the house and grounds are quite charming.
No microwave. No second bathroom. Bed rooms too small. Unnecessary laundry room door. Not great for a "small family", better for 2 people. Too many negatives.
One bathroom is perfect. Beautiful house. Everything you need is there.

I love everything about this house! The design, color palette, layout, functionality, etc!

All your homes look wonderful, but where are the hot water tanks, furnaces, and electrical boxes?
Probably tucked under counters and in closets, like in most modern houses!
Close to perfect for me.
❤❤❤
my favorite concept of all. ❤
Yes, mine to. I would do a larger fri but the rest is Great !!
What a beautiful home ❤

Thank you! Yay, I am so happy to hear that!!

Charmant !! J'adore 💕 beaucoup !!
I could definitely make some compromises and enjoy this lovely small home.
Adorable home, I love the decor. 🥰

Perfect for me! Thank you!
Thank you!! 😊
Nice. I especially like the front entrance way and the outside design is beautiful.
Thank you!! 😊
This would be almost perfect for my small family. I would need a large walk-in-closet to make this space work for me.

You keep forgetting to add space for the water heater and the air conditioner unit
On demand wall mounted water heater.
It's AI land.....the weather is always perfect. Never hot, never cold. Only light rains while you're asleep
@@willbass2869 Haha Now I understand.
Love this one!
Use bigger tile in a small bathroom makes it feel larger
One bathroom is no bueno
There needs to be at least 2 bathrooms if more than 1 person is expected to live there.
Well, you can make some Improvisation
When I grew up we had one bathroom…and eight people in the house. We managed. People are spoiled…

Make the laundry room a bathroom and put a stackable washer and dryer in the front entry with coat closet and live without the bench/ drop zone
Love it.

Does these measurements in the title include the front and rear porches??
❤❤❤❤

Thank for your suggestions. ❤❤❤
Are these homes available for purchase somehow? Or, is TM Studio just a designer?
How do you heat and cool these homes I don't see anything
Nice
Link to the oven and vent a hood please?
It's ok.
No second bathroom?
936 square feet

Kitchen to Small, Needs 2Bath
Curb appeal only! Hallway is a waste of space.
The hallway is particularly helpful for folks in colder climates. It serves as a buffer to the cold wind whe someone enters.

How about you design your own? This obviously is not meant for you 🤔
I LOVE IT 👌🏾💪🏾🤩
