Awesome video! I'm using the econo fret wire as well and am having a bit of an issue. When I use the 20 TPI blade it is a loose fit but when I jump to 25 TPI blade it's too tight. Any tips? The 20 TPI is perfect for the higher quality rounded fret wire but I was hoping to be more cost effective with the bulk stuff.
13:27 ... the little wheel for the dremel tool, we didn't get to see it, it's out of range of the camera... what does it look like? Can I go to a hardware store with dremel accessories and ask for "a little wheel?"

Most of the boxes I work with, like yours, are 7 1/8" wide..the center point for mine is 3 9/16"...how is your center point 3 11/16"...why are they different?
informative but I'm confused on your bridge placement. How is just placed 2" from the back of the box without measuring scale length to find the bridge position? Also may I suggest answering questions, it appears none prior have been answered.
he measured the scale length on the neck. then he decided where he wanted the bridge to be on the box. then he lined up the mark on the box with the mark he had made on the neck.
