Yes especially like the one of her making her daughter's bun, I thought those bun builders were just a waste of time but I like them for my little girl

I used Zout decades ago. A hospital nurse clued me in that zout was originally created for hospital use to clean bodily fluids out of bedding. Before I was made aware of hydrogen peroxide to remove blood stains,(pre internet), I used zout. What a blast from the past! Thanks
The reason you might consider using the makeup brush cleaner spray is so your brush doesn't get completely soaked with liquid; brushes would need to dry with the bristles pointing downward or else water can collect in the metal-colored collar and cause it to come un-glued, OR if the collar holding the bristles to the handle actually IS metal -- it could rust. The spray just might be more sanitary -- I try to clean my makeup brushes after each use... but sometimes I'm lazy.
You briefly mentioned condiment containers. We shopped at Costco and got the very large Dove Daily Conditioner. (It comes with a pump top.) Unfortunately, it eventually gets to a point where I cannot pump any more out. So, I got the Dollar Tree condiment bottles. After emptying the Dove into a condiment bottle, it has been so much easier to get the conditioner out. And (yes, there's an and), because I have a tiny shower with only a towel rod, I no longer have to keep the huge Costco Dove bottle upside down on the rod (which I had to fumble to open, struggle to get any out, and fumble to close up again), and I don't have to trip over a new bottle (which I think is way too heavy for the rod) in my tiny shower. Win win! I would, however, recommend putting some sort of gel-type stickers, caulk, or something on the outside to keep it from slipping through wet hands. Question: will hot glue burn through the thin plastic of the condiment containers?? Please let me know if you can. Thank you.
To make using a funnel transfer of thick liquids easier, stick a skewer through the funnel neck. It also works for sauces in bottles with narrow necks h such as steak sauce). A great homemade washer cleaner recipe: Mix an equal measure of baking soda, OxiClean (any brand works), 20 mule team borax and washing soda in a large container. Use a quarter cup of the powdered mix to clean your washer using hot water on a quick wash cycle. Do this weekly! I wish you luck on launching a product line!

Hi Andrea Jean. I use "feet" towels (like the ones at the hotels😂 that you can find cheap at GoodWill or Salvation Army) with the rubber matting that is used as liners at the bottom of drawers. They do not slip & are easy to wash to wash & store.
I love watching your videos! You have such an upbeat personality and a great sense of humor! I also love that you test products so we know what works. Also, love the organization videos - yours actually work! ❤
Out is the Best stain remover I’ve ever used! For tough tough stains, spray and let set overnight. You do not need hot water if it sets overnight. I’m 78 and have been doing laundry a long time 😊
As always, I make it a point to definitely watch your videos. I like the fact that you go through each item with the fun explanation and honesty. Keep it common.
The advantage of the makeup brush cleaner vs baby shampoo and water is the dry time. Brush cleaner is dry in seconds, which let's me clean and swap colors instead of needing extra brushes
love your videos. Thank you for your generosity helping others organize their spaces using your own money with no cost to the client. World needs more people like you
I am new to watching your reviews of Dollar Tree buys. I love your humor, helpful tips and your ideas for keeping my home clean at a low price products.
Oh! Another unexpectedly awesome product at Dollar Tree is the aluminum foil. 40 sq ft for $1.25. Is it thin? Of course! But not in a bad way at all. First, there’s no metal tear bar which I love because how many times have I nicked my knuckles on that thing with other brands??! 🤨 The sawtooth cardboard is enough to give you an even cut every time. Second, I found it actually easier to maneuver when using it to line baking sheets. Try it, I’d love to get your opinion!
Hello Andrea. TYFS your videos with us. This is my first time commenting on your channel. I was pretty excited to see how the hair bun worked, as I too have very fine baby hair. Love seeing your adorable children featured! Thank you for the tips 🤗
I love the washing machine cleaner. It took away the smell but didn’t leave one behind. I’m pregnant and smells are REALLY bothering me. Even the dishwasher cleaner smell when I open the dishwasher (just thinking about it is making me want to gag). So I don’t want to smell ANYTHING in my washing machine, which is why I love this one. 😅
Just wanted to let you know I so enjoy watching your videos, not only do you have great hacks but you make me at the very least smile, giggle at times, thank you ☺️
I absolutely LOVE my magnetic locker box! I use it on my refrigerator to hold my pens, pencils, highlighters and it even holds a pad of post it notes. I can never seem to find a writing utensil when I need one, so now I know it's right on my fridge whenever I need one.
5:32 We use those glasses for all sorts of things. I love ice cream but have to limit myself but Ice cream looks like MORE when you put it into that fancy Margarita glass. Put a little Cocktail Sauce inside and hang cold steamed shrimp off the rim for a Shrimp Cocktail. The list is endless!
To keep the bottoms of your trash cans fresh, try some baking soda with drops of your favorite essential oils mixed well and sprinkled in the bottoms. It also makes a clean out much easier to do. It also will absorb some liquids and show when you might have had a stinky leak.
I would love to have 1/10 of the energy you have! I have a heart condition and I'm tired all the time I still get things done it just takes me a much longer time. Thanks for helping me find short cuts so I can get more done. I wish you were closer to me so we could organize a few spaces in my home together.
The makeup brush cleaner works great to remove makeup from clothes -place a paper towel under the the fabric - thoroughly spray and dab. repeat as needed. Also, for the price of $1.25 - to clean your brushes, pour a little into a ramekin size or smaller container, dip the brush and dab and swirl. Rinse under water -squeezing from the base to the tips to push the dirty water out and keep repeating the process with clean brush cleaner until water runs clear. Also a "magic eraser" type sponge will greatly speed up the brush cleaning process, just running your brushes over a dry or wet sponge after each use gets a tone of makeup out.
A long time ago, I got Raga Muffin brand muffin mix for 10 cents a box. Our budget was crazy tight but I took $10 of the grocery money and bought up a variety of their flavors. Added an egg, a bit of milk and made pancakes. One bag was enough pancakes for my two little boys for breakfast before school. I bet Martha Washington mix would work. I honestly do not know how young families afford groceries.
On a note for the washer, my mom got a piece of wood the length and width of her machines. She used the wall paper from dollar tree to cover the wood. Nothing will fall in between the machines. And it looks elegant with the wall paper designs.
First time watching your videos, i really enjoyed and subscribed. Something i use from Dollar tree to clean out stains on laundry or shoes is soil love, comes in a green bottle. Does wonders! Maybe you spoke about this in the past but I've just thought I'd throw it in there.
Love your energetic videos! I need a small mop head mop for reaching behind and beside the toilet bowl. Many people have back issues and cannot get on their hands and knees to clean behind the toilet and beside it. This type of miniature mop would be a great help for many of us.
To smooth a product in without damaging the material, put on a disposable hand glove and rub it in. Wash your hand with the glove on and you can reuse it if needed.
Recently I started watching your videos, love it, thank u so much for testing DT preducts, this helps me shop better at DT, also love your personality makes videos more enjoyable, thanks again❤
I have 2 jot locker pockets on my fridge. Theyre great to corral those sticks of powder to flavor your water. Pick a stick grab a cold water and roll! This idea really impressed my 12 year old nephew and that shocked me! Lol 😊 Take care!
Tip for those with front loaders; every month to few months depending on how often you wash, You must drain the water. There's a small door on bottom of washer. There's a rubber line you unplug and drain water from. #2 Keep that door open after every wash #3 when cleaning washer make sure you get a paper towel or rag and lightly pull open the rubber and wipe down all around after doing those washer cleaning tabs. I promise you, your washer will stay cleaner longer along with cleaner clothes. friends and family have all asked how I get my clothes smelling and looking clean. It all starts with maintaining your washer.
oooh, just a hint for the bun builder?, if you hold the arranged hair with yet another ponytail elastic popped over the top, then you hardly need any bobby pins at all!, in fact, you'll find it easier to wrap the excess hair around after the second elastic goes on, then pin
You could put the Dollar tree toner in your other toner bottle, which sprays better, when you are done with it, that's what I do, if I like a spray bottle, I will put other things that are not in a good bottle into the good one. 👍
I have used vinegar in all laundry wash every single load for over 20 years. Nothing has ever been damaged. Vinegar is a natural cleaner that is antibacterial so we clean our entire house with it.
That’s a really pretty look of the white lotion in the green bottle. I wanted to tell you my new hack. I put 1/3 of Bath and Body works shower jell in my dispenser mixed with 2/3 water for a great scent and pretty colors in my hand dispenser.
Try the Elf orJeffery Star setting spray. I love them both and both seem to leave my face refreshed without being weighted and clammy or like it gets heavy or like your makeup is caked on.
I put the magnetic locker box on my fridge side for my meat thermometer and small scissors. I already have the Walmart version on my second fridge (hanging next to my magnetic refrigerator whiteboard from Amazon) to hold my Expo whiteboard markers. Both work great!
Andrea, you never cease to amaze me! You do such a great job with all your hints and money saving items...love watching you! A tip that's been around for awhile is with a tension bar across the top of your sink cabinet for cleaning products with sprayer heads. I tried this but couldn't put too many bottles on the bar without it falling. A great solution to that, my husband got a copper pipe along with some bracket mounts for the side walls and viola success! It's solid and I can get all my spray bottles off my cabinet floor.
Before you use a new chalkboard take your chalk and lay it on the side and color the whole board with it, then erase it and it should write and erase better.I really do enjoy your videos.
Be careful with the apple juice, it is very high in sugar. When my daughter was in 1st grade I packed her lunch & sent apple juice for her beverage. Within 3 months she had a mouth of cavities!
😊 Hello, I bought several $store trays and now my refrigerator is in much better order 😊. I did a few other organization hints you share with us. Thank you!! Minnesota Miki
I have used all three washing machine cleaners and Tide is still my favorite but the DT stuff worked well too. We have had our front loader for 15 years and have never had a problem with odors but I always kept up with keeping it clean in the first place.
Lysol wipes clean surfaces well. Much better than Clorox wipes. Clorox wipes don't clean up greasy surfaces and leave nothing but streaks. Both do sanitize, though.
I recommend you put one of those items in your lower level that tells you the humidity level/temp/atmospheric pressure and monitor it to see what is your "normal". Since you say your washing machine and your bathroom have odor issues it may be you really need to keep your fan on all the time to keep the moisture circulating/moving out of the house? Maybe upgrade to a very strong bathroom fan that actually expels the air to outside? Do you have moisture show up on your inside windows too? Condensation? My folks built a house they designed and lived on a lake and had moisture issues from the springs on the property which weren't discovered until construction was completed. Water seeps and before you know it you have damp carpet, wood trim...not wet but not dry either. They had put in the best quality windows for 4 season living so the house was very tight and well insulated thereby trapping the moisture that was seeping in (and this is before you take a hot shower or boil some pasta!) Their solution was to keep their central air fan on all the time then in winter turn on heat and in summer turn on ac. Don't have the fan cycle on and off, just have it "on" all the time. They in addition had ceiling fans in each room (other than the bath and kitchen) and so had those going on their lowest setting too just to maintain air circulation. Maybe even look into installing a heat pump, you get the idea. For the condensation they opted to wipe the windows each morning and to if needed run small desk fans (but that is probably over the top!) They had a real fixation on their miles and miles of beautiful wood trim. Folks these days would likely just paint it white in an enamel paint and be done with it. My dear old dad was a building super/facilities manager for a fortune 100 corporation HQ in St. Paul for 3 decades so had the training and experience that I would trust. Since you have a basement and are on the water I would definitely address this before you have visible damage or black mold showing up. I know folks who are within shouting distance of a creek yet still needed to add drain tile to their basements....Best to you and yours!
I would love for you to come to my house and organize my kitchen, my laundry room ,my dad my living room every room with items you find a Temu and dollar tree. I’ve watched many organizing videos but yours have been more informative fun and most definitely useful. So thank you….
I ALWAYS Love watching your video's! I especially love, how you test products; so that we'll know if they're a NO or GO. lol You're just so fun to watch. And your kids ARE ADORABLE!! Keep the video's goin! ...Can't wait for the next one! 😶😂❤
A gadget I love and use alot is called a smart funnel. It clasp on to the bottom bottle and the upside down bottle with a funnel in between. Use it to transfer shampoo, lotions, etc into a trial size bottle; or and almost empty ketchup, etc into a new ketchup bottle to get every drop. Hook it up, walk away, then come back later and ta-da...done!
BEST way to fill another pump type jar from the original pump that is very quick and easy……is to PUMP the product into the bottle you’d like as your FINAL beautiful glass and gold bottle….. it’s quick, and yeas I will admit it does tire delicate hands out but…. that’s why we have spouses or a friend with stronger hands. It works and I encourage you to try it and save a ton of time and a huge mess!!!!
I just love your videos, although in Scotland we dont have dollar tree, we have similar stores. Your ideas are fantastic and you always make me smile with your bubbly personality ❤ so glad i found you ❤️
For the cleaning of makeup brushes and liquid eyeliner that has clumped.... Use the makeup remover rags that are washable. I use just a bad of soap to clean the rag by using a scraping motion after wetting the rag and then rub the left hand side and right side on each other. Should come clean quickly, both the make up rag and the brushes. Just depends how long between cleanings.
Hi! I just wanted to say that I love Zout! I have tried them all, the pretreatment sprays out there over the years and always come back to Zout! I usually find my Zout at Walmart for around $4. I have had a teenage son and a husband who was a garbage man and Zout took care everything I would fine on their clothes! Love you videos!
@@AndreaJean I'm glad you mentioned Zout. Used it for years and when I didn't see it in the store I kinda forgot about it. I'm going to hunt for it now.
My biggest pain point is how to make use of vertical space. Specifically in kitchen cabinets. It's always such a pain to have to dig out a step stool/ladder to reach the stuff stored on the highest shelves. I've seen shelves you can install that pull down, but they are VERY expensive and typically require a fair amount of work to install. I would love to see you make something that installs quickly on an existing shelf, could maybe even be adjustable to fit whatever size shelf you have, and would allow you to pull down whatever you have stored on that high shelf easily.

Pour into a gallon ziplock bag
Cut a amall bit of the corner off.
Squeeze back the liquid away from the cut corne.
Stuff the cut side into the bottle.
Squeeze the bag, dispensing it in a big gloop.

I loved the hack of pulling apart the pump to a product bottle to make an easy bottle to bottle transfer joiner.

When i make muffins I substitute apple juice for the water ratios and they seem to be more moist ❤
Be careful with the apple juice, it is very high in sugar. When my daughter was in 1st grade I packed her lunch & sent apple juice for her beverage. Within 3 months she had a mouth of cavities!
Great idea 😋
Grandma's Secret Spot Remover takes out stains better that any pre-treatment I've ever used
Thanks 🙏
I love Zoot for any type of organic stain, food or blood…absolutely does the job
Your children are adorable!!
Thank you!! 😊
Thank you so much for your time and sharing your tricks for using the products. Have a great week
Thank you! You too!
😊 Hello, I bought several $store trays and now my refrigerator is in much better order 😊. I did a few other organization hints you share with us. Thank you!! Minnesota Miki
That is awesome! Thanks Miki ❤️
I have used all three washing machine cleaners and Tide is still my favorite but the DT stuff worked well too. We have had our front loader for 15 years and have never had a problem with odors but I always kept up with keeping it clean in the first place.
Thanks for sharing!!
Lysol wipes clean surfaces well. Much better than Clorox wipes. Clorox wipes don't clean up greasy surfaces and leave nothing but streaks. Both do sanitize, though.
I like the Limoncello Lacroix with a strawberry drink powder mixed in it taste like a strawberry lemonade soda!
👍👍👍👍
Try olive oil and dawn mixed equal parts on a plate and dip you brushes in it put a little water on it rub in around in your palm works great
You are my organization hero!
Yahoo!! Thanks Elizabeth 😘
Great idea and presentation of chips and dip. Creative
Thanks so much!
Refrigerated water with a sprig of lime basil. I buy the lime basil starts @ local hardware store in March and grow it throughout the summer.
Dishwasher tablets work well too!
On chalk boards try repainting with good craft chalk paint inside writable areas
They had put in the best quality windows for 4 season living so the house was very tight and well insulated thereby trapping the moisture that was seeping in (and this is before you take a hot shower or boil some pasta!)
Their solution was to keep their central air fan on all the time then in winter turn on heat and in summer turn on ac.
You too 😍
Luv to see Andrea do a Temu review. They have loads of cleaning supplies, etc… 🎉❤🎉❤🎉
I have done 2! 🎉 I have another one coming in August too 👍
I watched them all. Luv’d them and have more stuff in my cart.
DAWN dishwashing liquid is the only spot remover I use for everything
I love your ideas you really inspire me !!! I have such a small closet 😢
I would love for you to come to my house and organize my kitchen, my laundry room ,my dad my living room every room with items you find a Temu and dollar tree. I’ve watched many organizing videos but yours have been more informative fun and most definitely useful. So thank you….
Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏
That white tray with the scalloped edges works also well under the large round chips and salsa tray, brings it up a notch or two
❤️❤️❤️
I have that pretty clear plastic bowl in 2 shapes. I really like it and use it for table setup snacks.
I ALWAYS Love watching your video's! I especially love, how you test products; so that we'll know if they're a NO or GO. lol
You're just so fun to watch.
And your kids ARE ADORABLE!!
Keep the video's goin!
...Can't wait for the next one! 😶😂❤
Thank you so much! ❤️
Great video! Your daughter is simply the cutest!!
Thank you so much!!
Awe I really like watching you and your Beautiful Personality lol 😂 God love ❤️ you
Thank you so much 🤗
A gadget I love and use alot is called a smart funnel.
The hair supply section is awesome. I have long hair and I spend way too much on hair supplies so this is helpful.
I'm so glad!
Great tip!
I just love your videos, although in Scotland we dont have dollar tree, we have similar stores. Your ideas are fantastic and you always make me smile with your bubbly personality ❤ so glad i found you ❤️
Thank you so much! ❤️❤️
@AndreaJean you're very welcome, here's to the 1 million subs 🥰🥰
Hi and thank you 😊
For the cleaning of makeup brushes and liquid eyeliner that has clumped.... Use the makeup remover rags that are washable. I use just a bad of soap to clean the rag by using a scraping motion after wetting the rag and then rub the left hand side and right side on each other. Should come clean quickly, both the make up rag and the brushes. Just depends how long between cleanings.
Great tip!
Your. Sense of humor cracks me up !
I love that you laugh at yourself !
Your videos are very helpful, keep them coming
Thank you! Will do!
Thanks for sharing!! ❤️❤️❤️
@@AndreaJean I'm glad you mentioned Zout. Used it for years and when I didn't see it in the store I kinda forgot about it. I'm going to hunt for it now.
I love Zout.
I’d never heard of it but definitely going to give it a try, after all the positive responses but especially after @AndreaJean ‘s demo!
Omgosh Andrea, your children are beautiful!
Thank you so much! Poo
I’ve used Zout for years. It’s always great for cleaning.
❤️❤️❤️
Try the stain test in 2 separate washings so we are sure that the combination of the 2 spot removers didn’t do the cleaning.
