A couple of additions/corrections I want to address: -Calling the Jabu-Jabu mid way boss 'mid' was actually pretty harsh thinking about it, it's a bit quirky and different but I guess it's just a bit silly/easy how you chase it around. It's actually probably the most memorable part of the dungeon. -In particular 1st and 2nd flip depending on what mood strikes me so I'd love to wimp out and call it a draw but that would be boring so.... -*I've never seen Gerudo Training Grounds as a dungeon due to it being entirely optional, but I would slot it in at last place . -My tier list would be as follows: S: Spirit, Forest A: Shadow, Fire, Water B: Dodongo, Deku, Ganon C: Ice, Well D: Jabu, Gerudo Grounds*
The water temple is my all time favorite with Stone tower temple, great atmosphere, puzzles music it's one of the greatest temples and most creative one
My favorite thing about Jabu's mid boss is just how easy it is. You get hit by it, it turns around, boomerang it, then one single jump slash with a stick kills it. Dodongo's lizalfos took more effort to kill!
The water dungeon is the perfect dungeon. It’s my fave LoZ dungeon labyrinth of all time. The iron boots thing doesn’t hold it back even a little bit to me
I find it quite charming that Eiji Aonuma publicly and repeatedly apologised for the Water Temple. He seems to have really regretted it, the poor chap. I mean, it is maddening; but water-based levels in games are notoriously infuriating. Probably because the internal logic you learn from the physics in other levels is thrown out. I think the Great Bay is even more of a swine.
Yeah I think Great Bay handles quite clunkily - I don't think he had as much reason to regret the Water Temple in OOT. Was a couple of minor tweaks from being another great dungeon!
I like the concept of the water temple, and dark link was cool, but the constant pressing pause to equip iron boots to navigate this maze is what made it dogshît dungeon wise

Omg im with everything you Said completly on Ur side. Especially that the water Temple is Great from its theme and everything, i Never felt annoyed by it, I del challengend by its complexity. And also I agree, its so hard decision if Forest or Spirit Temple is Forst Place, because had epic theme, music, Dungeon desgin and Items. But I also Choose Spirit, bc you Play it as adult and as a Child. Also bc its so mystical and all the Story around it

I’ve always defeated the Jabu Jabu miniboss in less than a minute because of the jump stick attack. Even works in the 3DS version.

I never had problems with the Water Temple. Even the first time. There is one small key I suspect people miss a lot.
It's that cheeky platform in the middle structure as the water rises that got me
