- This is my version of chicken adobong tuyo
INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-1 and 1/2Kilo chopped chicken
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-3-4Tbsp soy sauce
-2pcs dried bay leaves
-1/2tsp whole peppercorn
-3-4Tbsp vinegar

try nyo po halos kapantay ng kalahati ng taas ng meat.. basta ang meat ng manok, sa 25min na pakuluan, luto na po yan sa low flame setting.. beyond that, luto sure na po kayo na luto na ang chicken.. 😉😊

pampa-bango po kase talaga ng adobo ang dahon ng laurel o bay leaves.. pero kung wala po, pwede naman po.. masarap pa din po yan kahit walang dahon ng laurel.. 😉😊

Great! Pareho tayo ng style ng adobo. Mas masarap kasi kapag ginisa muna sa bawang at sibuyas bago ilagay ang chicken saka lalagyan ng suka, toyo, laurel, paminta at chicken cubes.

This is not high calorie or high fat. Look at the ingredients. Calories in oil are divided by the serving size. Just eat with brown rice and/or vegetables. Use low sodium soy sauce if you're worried about water retention

I am not cooking adobo with just vinegar and soy sauce. There's still the presence of oyster and worcestershire sauce.
Try mo vinegar and soy sauce with out the oyster and leaperrins it taste authentic adobonwith the whole pepper cornsnand laurel leaves

You could try reducing it until lightly toasted 😊😉😁😁
the reducing with the marinade and extra juice and grease into semi crispy toasted bits while watching the fat evaporate created initially an instinct to make more of that gravy with more condiments like cornstarch or sugar. water, as a thickener. turns out the ONLY technique is just evaporating your pan with more grease and water and scrapping of thicker burned caramel sauce til its coated. this style goes better over rice than brothy recipes that want a quick boil and watery cooking liquid without reduction.
I'm trying this rn, I'm not really good at cooking so I hope this goes well.

Chicken is slimy so therefore ginger is needed and eating chicken meat without ginger is disgusting but I think your recipe is good but with ginger on it

at ano pong recommneded chicken part ang bagay sa adobo ?
natural po na lumiliit ang manok or any meat kapag niluluto.. dahil nawawala po ung excess water sa meat at yung fibers ay lumiliit kapag naluluto.. pwede po any part.. pero kung ayaw nyo po ng dry, wag po kau gumamit ng breast part.. pwede po thigh parts and drumstick.. 😉😊
