- INGREDIENTS:
1 & 1/2 kilo chopped chicken
3/4 tsp ground black pepper
500ml Sprite
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 chicken cube seasoning
1 large potato (diced)
1 medium green bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup green peas (i use frozen green peas)
1 tbsp cornstarch diluted with 1 tbsp water

Yes definitely an awesome recipe, did replaced a few things: lemon pepper for seasoning, chicken stock, add 🥕 & celery. The cornstarch thickening always the best. BTW can also used sprite when making pork Adobe. Thanks post more..

Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe! Couple of things I changed, replaced the saved marinade with organic chicken stock and eliminate the use of chicken cube(too much sodium), I used red & yellow bell peppers 😋.

Will try this recipe 😊 I usually put garbanzos flour instead of cornstarch tho to thicken the sauce (I do it on all of my sarsado na mga ulam kase it adds flavor and aroma, my kids love it) and also for chicken, I only cook 15-20mins para juicy and soft yung karne. More than that kase, medyo iba na yung texture nya.
