Holy shyt!!!! I made this last night and had friends over. Grilled oysters and shrimp and put this sauce on it. I think everyone would have rather eaten the sauce with a spoon without the seafood. This is good. The only variation was adding a TBS of garlic powder ( I LOVE garlic), no sugar, and no onion (I wanted to use a squeeze bottle and it would’ve clogged the hole). This is the TRUTH!!

Save your pots by using wooden or plastic utensils this is why pots start peeling in the inside and now you see silver metal them particles fall off into food without you knowing

Trying to limit the amount of salt being used. It tasted fine without seasoning the water, especially since the sauce is well seasoned. But I know that some people do season their water.
@@JCTaylor definitely understandable. Seasoning doesn’t always mean salt. It could’ve just been a little shrimp and crab boil splashed in. (The liquid) It’s the chef and Louisiana in me. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

@@larellkoenig1119 when I reheated mine I just added a lil half & half to it and put it on simmer so it doesn't get to hot and burn...you'll know when its ready...keep an eye on it
Your title stated cook with me but the only thing you really showed was the pan seared shrimp and water boiled crabs and corn. No discussion of what the sauce was made of or what seasonings were used on the shrimp. You didnt show your process.

Oh ok. I’ll check her channel out! The sauce does taste similar to a Cajun Alfredo. The lemon pepper give it a slightly different taste tho.
