Snow Fall Causes Traffic Chaos In Vancouver

Feb 22, 2109 On Boundary Road and Moscrop, traffic came to a standstill when multiple large trucks were unable to climb even the smallest hills due to a heavy snowfall. Some were putting on snow chains on the tires after they were unable to continue. This video was taken in Vancouver, B.C. Canada.
