@@vitezslavlorenc3479 no, you can complain all you want if it's going to make you feel better, but you aint becoming better player by it. On the other hand you can become better player by playing those classes and learning what are their weaknesses. But this community just like to complain instead of doing something to improve. After few battles playing subs I learned what are their strenghts, and how people counter me. And guess what, nowdays I don't strugle with subs. Yes, from time to time I will encounter some player that will whoop my ass in a sub, but more often subs would be on the receiving end. Same story with CVs, although I played CVs from RTS times. Never had issues with them. Yes, CVs are strong by design, the same logic BBs do more damage than DDs. CVs did transform entire naval combat, they are supposed to be strong. And you are right, they are poorly implemented, considering that CVs are much stronger in real life, they did decimated fleets. What you need to do is group up, matches are simply different when there are CVs in game and you have to adapt to that playstyle. You can see at 12:25 what only two good positioned ships can do, even with mediocre AA and without AA builds. Malta is one of the strongest CVs in the game, maybe Nakhimov is better only, and it shred it planes, did only one attack. Now imagine if those were two ships with stronger AA, proper AA builds and on the other hand if they were fighting Japanese CVs or German ones - they wouldn't make a single attack or they would make single one with heavy losses. In the end, CVs give loosing side a chance to win game, especially if you lose all your destroyers early on, which happens more often than not. Five minutes in and they lost 2/3 DDs, and they would lose game just because of those two. I don't see fun in that either.
Well this video try to show u how broken malta is. Even when trenlass playing bad he still get gud result and 1st on the team. Malta plane was dented anyway. Its like a flying Churchill and unlike fdr malta producing planes very fast.
was trying fighters on GK while in div with a CV and i must say fighters are stupidly inconsistent and buggy as hell. At times i got dropped 2-3 times with my fighters not planning on attacking and enemy cv planes way more than 4 seconds inside the radius to be triggered. Sometimes they attack even before the first drop gets through. i actually think the AI struggles immensely in calculating an attack path which makes the "4 second to attack" window far longer in practise
If it's the same thing in the patch notes. they are going to nerf cv spotting but they are also going to make them invulnerable until they are on an attack run. So it's basically a buff.
Is it though? Look at Trenlass numbers here. 122k damage inflicted but 140k spotting damage. Take that spotting damage away. Would his team still won without that?
Dude plane spotting is pure cancer. I can't even count the number of times I've died just because CV spotted me. Especially if I played DD or cruiser. Without the spotting, the CV won't be so annoying anymore.
the average player is so bad that to compensate for that cvs have to be overpowered, otherwise they would have 0 impact in most games. this is what happens when you balance around casuals. /s
Why are CVs overpowered? Because they are in reality. The CV ended surface ship effectiveness across the globe. Putting them in surface navy game was just stupid.

GG! Five kills and top of the leader board.
CV-main confirmed!
What is the point of the first attack run right off the carrier with no targets? What does that do for you?
5:16
saves some planes and in case of British CVs it makes them available faster since they have the most hp and are hardest to kill anyway
5:16 the first attack run gets back to the cv faster and ensures a full attack-squadron as soon as he launches the next squadron.
