Pilates Tower and Reformer Combo Workout #35

- This is a pilates reformer and tower combo workout, so we will do some exercises on the reformer and some exercises on the tower as well as combine using the carriage and elements from the tower. Its almost a 45 minute full body workout, so we will do legs, gluten, abs and arms and finish with everyones favorite, feet in straps. I got my appendix out a few weeks ago and not allowed to workout yet, so my husband helped out and did the workout while I instructed.

Awesome! The tower is great, just adds versatility to the workouts. I have a few tower only workouts on the channel but the tower/ reformer combo ones are my favorite! Hope you try out some of the other tower ones! 😊

Great hubby ! we without together and just use a band tied to the door for the band resistance.
