God you're one funny SOB :) Clutch is slipping on my DR650SE and I watched this as a reference for what's kind of to come for me. Thanks for this video. I'll report back once my job is done.
Thanks a ton for the quick and dirty how-to. I've gotta do the one on my DR650 today, and the side cases look darn near identical to your 350. I don't know how you got your gasket to stay intact when you changed out the clutch, but I have horrible visions of my gasket coming off in 30 different pieces. Also, the running commentary was great.
really like your vid..cool. I have a question , when you fitted the release rack through the pressure plate, and then these to the basket, was the release rack moving around a lot? mine has (in and out) about 5-6mm and is loose. this means I cannot get the pinion to operate properly. just pops out when I pull the lever. regards, mark,
wait.. you took the drain plug out and no oil..????? Damn dude, its a wet clutch, so maybe that was part of the issue. The clutch in these bikes sits in oil and if there is no oil it could affect your clutch performance, not to mention severely impacting the whole engine. I would imagine that no oil would burn the clutch fast. Oil is the most important and easiest maintenance endeavor, but hey great video!!!
CivilCycle I don't have it anymore, traded it in for a FZ8 Yamaha. If I recall I might've had it over 100. Top speed on the odometer I can't recall. Sorry
Suzukis are brilliantly designed and engineered. Precision machinery.

cryptomail what ever became of your slipping? just curious.
haha, you know it's still holding! Doesn't slip, but I bought all the materials! I wonder if just buying the parts magically fixes other things! :)
cryptomail lol I believe it happens

Mark. Did you ever figure out the cause of this? I am having the exact same issue right now and am not sure what to do about it.
Thank you for this video, very useful
This got to be in FL, the typical background noise of the insects, nice vid and bike.
