Shai is in the MVP discussion so far this season, although let`s be honest either Giannis or Luka is going to win it, but it`s impressive for Shai to be in the MVP discussion, Kawhi and PG certaintly aren`t in any MVP discussions

The Clippers best chance of winning was in 2020 and they blew it. With the younger teams maturing into better squads that can perform and the East being stacked with several teams (the most overwhelming being Giannis and the Bucks), the Clippers look like they’ll replicate the Lob City era in playoff success. Shoutout to them though for making it to the WCF for the first time in 2021.
In the clippers defense if Kawhi never goes down they likely get to the finals a few years ago. Unfortunately injuries happen, but the clippers had a more than competent roster and Kawhi s health more than anything and still currently is what’s kept them out of the finals. Not roster talent or this trade.
It's funny to think of these last few years where we've had the Lebron-AD duo, the KD-Kyrie duo and the Kawhi-PG duo, and how many playoff series have those teams won in that time in total? Not many considering the title expectations that were on those teams each season.

@@tooforwon241 but if you say Thunder were the victors you are saying that Clippers shouldn't done the trade. But that's a "After the war everyone is the general" take.
