And here we have the highest moment for Kiryu in all of Y4, and that is a gauntlet boss rush in an area that RGG continuously refuses to incorporate into the open world. And it’s made all the more better with the badass play-style. Excellent work lad, here’s hoping that you can make Y5 all the more great!

I remember doing this long battle and getting all of Kiryus upgrades while admiring Kamurocho from above, just for that final boss encounter to use Tiger Drop and all the other moves. Amazing battle

The high damage at 11:47 I'm pretty sure was because of weapons dealing more damage when at low health, in fact I'm pretty sure one of the climax battles in 4 required you to utilize the higher weapon damage at lower health mechanic. Idk if it's character specific though and I might be wrong. I haven't played 4 in a while.
the one with the big guy that regenerates health and you need to use the other guy to get low on health so you can deal more damage with the spear that specifically deals more damage when you have less health? yeah i remember that one
This long battle is one of the few clear things i can say is the reason this is my favorite franchise of all time, It's just too fucking good. and MAN its uncanny with a hair that isn't his at least the coat looks cool tho also THE SYNCS MAN the katana one aroujd the 3 minute was fantastic but got topped off by the KEEP MY WIFE NAME OUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH slap Thanks for basically doing the impossible in this long battle
i know this is a comment on a slightly older video but man having done this long battle recently for the first time (and also having played Yakuza 4 for the first time) seeing both the baton guy and shotgun guy so effortlessly clowned on and obliterated made me so happy. both of those guys soured my experience for different reasons getting the timing for the komaki parry down is still hard for me so doing it consistently on the baton guy was tricky. bastard has armor on a lot of his attacks too like hes a bootleg saito. and the shotgun guy was just the shotgun guy. he shot me as soon as i get up so it was kind of just very annoying. your (and other people who do no-damage vids) videos are pretty helpful in learning what my options are
Absolutely a blast to watch throughout. You clearly gave it your best shot as you always do and this might be one of your best videos in general I believe. Amazing job and agreed about Solitude... I really don't know what to say about it. It's not bad and I really like it but I still love Destination from Judgement as a music track a lot more than Solitude for example. It's somewhere in between for me just like this particular long battle. It's certainly hard and incredibly long in general and I don't understand why exactly in the sense of why out of all the long battles, why is this one the longest? I really don't understand. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing your next video and that " Essence of Will Smith" around at 09:20 definitely made my day and made this video even better. Oh, and very... If you're talking about the graphics its just a good PC and max settings, along with good render settings and upscaling the video to 4K. As for the gameplay it took years of practice. 😆
@@GUNKSHOTT The graphics are very good and the gameplay is *unparalleled*, but I mostly mean how smooth the gameplay is, whenever I play yakuza 4 the game feels like it's slown down, in a way, even on a very powerful machine (Talkin' 3060 here, should be more than enough 😅)
I was always confused as to why payback ring didn’t increase heat action damage in yakuza 3 and 4, especially since it does that for all the other games, granted in 4 heat actions are heavily overpowered but in 3 it could’ve used the damage boost.
