I stay elevated in this matrix by trying my best to get out my comfort zone and continuing doing things that feed my soul. being around nature and constantly growing, learning and psychadelics. Telling myself its okay to fuck up, give myself grace and just do things that make you a better me. staying true to myself, constantly questionsing everything, open minded to change perspective. etc
How I stay elevated in this matrix is by truly taking ownership of what I can control in my life, loving myself, giving myself compassion, embracing every part of my self, taking care of myself, and just overall consciously living in the present
Psychedelics are great, one time I was trippin on too much LSD (acid) and I was staring at a fire pit and the fire pit turned into a mini world with little people and buildings, it was 2 years ago and it's such an experience to remember. would love to try out the magic mushrooms next but it's so rare in my area
i stay elevated by staying aware. I work and go to school so dropping into my breathe helps me stay elevated and daily movement helps me stay grounded. As well as eating plant based. Staying aware of what I am consuming (food, music, content etc.). love your videos.
The controversial thoughts part was literally confirmation about what I’ve been praying and meditating on, I do believe that there is truth in the Bible but it doesn’t hold the whole truth and one day I was reading the bible and became overwhelmed with fear and I know that God is the opposite of that. I just don’t want myself to go down the wrong path and I’m currently trying to gain full trust I’m myself and my beliefs as well at the decisions that i make because my whole life I’ve been told I was doing everything wrong or making bad decisions so it’s hard for me trust in anything because I don’t know what the outcome will be, that’s something that I’m working very hard on lately.
Been vegan for 6+ years and it's easier than people think. Love that you've been that way for a while too. I just tell people I eat plant based because when people hear "vegan" they get triggered or start acting different lol
