The reason why the state of Maharashtra in India watches you the most is because the city of Mumbai is located in it which has the second highest population after Delhi and a high number of people speak English there

You might even be able to fly your flag in your land and issue a currency [as long as it doesn't imitate currencies of other countries]. You could give yourself a title too - Monarch of the Kingdom of Druu.
