  • In this video I will show you how to make the best FRIED BOLOGNA SANDWICH on the Blackstone griddle with my own twist as always! I made a LOT of these as a kid, and now I want to share my nostalgia with you here today! I love to pair this with a Garlic and Black Pepper Mayonnaise which I will also show you how to make! This is gonna become one of my favorite Blackstone griddle recipes!

    MY RECIPE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    Ingredients Needed:
    - Bologna (3 slices each sandwich or more)
    - Bread (regular or KETO amzn.to/43mcdmX )
    - American Cheese
    - Garlic Pepper Mayonnaise (mix 3/4 cup mayo, 1 BIG tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon black pepper together)
    - Butter or Spray butter
    INSTRUCTIONS: Mix garlic pepper mayo ingredients together and allow to chill in fridge for at least a couple hours. Butter your bread on both sides. Make slices in bologna as shown in video to prevent puffing in middle, this will assure a better sear and MORE FLAVOR! Pre-heat your griddle or frying pan to medium. Place bologna on and sear each side for a couple minutes or to your preference. Place on bread and allow each side of sandwich to toast (add cheese here if you prefer). Remove from cooker and ENJOY!
