I have noticed a very common and impractical practice that defies logic. The ignoring of building properly graded Compressed Stabalized roads....I didn't say paved roads...I specifically said Compressed Compacted Chemically Stabilized roads ..we have many wealthy and middle class neighborhoods that have unpaved dirt roads that don't washout in heavy rains or frozen winters freeze and thaw cycles...these roads are compacted as hard as rock and Chemically stabilized to make them shed water and are mostly dust free..It's poor planning to see these costly homes off badly eroded unstable poor draining roads....If each person building a home committed to give a number of meters of their road facing land as an easement to build roadside drainage and finance the construction of a properly durable road from the boarders of their property, before constructing their home...this should be a national or regional ordinance.
Kitase Agymenti Berekuso Aburi is undergoing massive deforestation due to massive tree cutting by Developers. Need to have any permit required 12 trees planted for any tree cut by Developers. Massive climate change, erosion, rockfalls and loss of biodiversity. Stop the tree cutting! Share and forward.

But at moment most major cities in country had sold all their lands..yet millions of indigenous who owns are not get chance to own
Hi, I understand what you are saying but the pb is, if the diaspora (people with african descent)do not by it, europeans, chinese, indians, and other people who might not have African best interest in mind will buy it. it has already started and we are talking 100s of thousands of acres , more than the 3 acres that are being sold here. please open your eyes.
Who is stopping the indigenous from buying land. Most indigenous Ghanaians, by nature of their heritage own land in their hometowns or villages, so don’t know what you are talking about
