Awesome, definitely giving this one a go. Think it's definitely for the outside cooking and get out the tandoor oven for tikka and the naans.
Thank you Smaza, this was delicious. I'm from Europe and my partner is from Pakistan. Every time I cook one of your recipes he can't stop complimenting it. Once he even went so far as saying her mother would not have made that dish better 😂 Thank you, may God bless you for the work you put into this channel.
I cooked this tonight for our evening meal, delicious was the verdict, thank you so much for making this instructional video for us all to appreciate. I have cooked countless recipes of yours and I have never been disappointed always on another level, thank you
dam now I need to make this , thanks for sharing
You should! It's soo good 👌
Completely out of ideas for cooking. Will be making your lamb and potato curry today but will definitely try this during the week. Especially to encourage my son to eat the veggies. Thank you once again. I've followed many of your recipes and you're an amazing chef. My son keeps saying I'm cooking the same foods all the time, so thank you for the inspiration
Just finished cooking the Jalfrezi. Absolutely delicious and by far the best that I have tried. The depth of flavour is incredible. Thank you for sharing this. KRs Sid and Nicola, Rugby UK

@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes It turned out really well. So delicious, my partner loved it! this one and the keema mutar are firm favourites in my house.
Made this today and it was absolutely delicious! Shamsa please release a cook book! Can't thank you enough for the uploads xx
Glad you liked it!! It's on the list of things to do!
The way you cook is very amazing and i would like to work with you in the Future🥳🥳
AND because its that time of year. If you can grow your own pepoers!!! Straight off the plant makes this insanely good
Just discovered your UA-cam channel.... Will try your stuff soon.
Thanks for the upload 😀 I have been doing alot of curries BIR style either using a base gravy or blended onions. I have found some of the curries using base gravy all taste the same?! I'd like to try this method as you build the masala and blend after I'd like to see if it's better!
Thank you thank you so so much 🥹 my mouth is watering, can't wait to try it ❤
You are welcome 😊
Absolutely loving Shamza's recipes and videos!
Thank you so much 😊🙌
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes I am looking for a Madras also a Tarka Dall Dish
my kinda dish before i even watch this shamza!
Great to hear! 😊👍
Great video dear!
It's been a while since I've seen you post in my subscription list, but earlier I thought to myself- what happened to shamza (hope that's how you spell it)?
Then I notice you've posted a few since the last video so I now have plenty to watch again 🙂
Thanks for your comment and yes that's the correct spelling, I post every two weeks, turn your bell notifications on for all my new vidoes.
Wow Shamza, this looks amazing. It's weird really because my perceptions of cooking curry years ago was that it took ages, so as much as I love it, I've never really done any cooking of same.
This changes the whole ball game for me - reckon I'm going to be busy backtracking through your videos and at some stage I'll be pootling down the road to a nearby Asian shop for all the tackle I need.
Top stuff !!! Can't wait to give it a go.
One quick question - what oil do you prefer to use ??
Thank you! I normally use an olive oil pomace blend or any neutral oil like rapeseed. 😊
Love making jalfrezi. The only difference I do is I use tinned tomatoes and chicken thigh but this is exactly the same as the one I use (am showing off now but I make my own homemade garam masala because I use so much of it). I did a costing for similar size and it worked out to about 94p per portion with each portion 200g (it is a small portion as I am on a portion control diet) and totally worth it to make your own both financially and taste. major noms
Hi Shamza, Many thanks for this enlightening video. You mention 'Homemade Garam Masala' Is this the one you made 4 years ago? If not can you share the ingredients list, please. Also, I made the Achari chicken dish 'Last Video' and it was amazing, it has achieved 'One of My Favourites' status... and finally.... may I request... Chicken Bhuna restaurant style... I only found and subscribed to your channel a few weeks ago... I wish I had found you sooner... Thank you for being so inspirational... Baz xx
Do You wash your chicken before cooking?
No tomato puree?
No
You have Moslem ?
I LOVE YOU xxx
With a jalfrezi i find the fresh cooking and the timing is what kills this dish. Don't fluff the timings people keep it fresh and zingy. ❤
Totally agree with you 👍
Nice lemon twist 😉
Learn from the best 😉👌
Well done Shamza. That looks absolutely mouthwatering!
It was! Thank you :)
Thank you it was :)
Just subscribed and just made this curry, thanks it was spot on
Thanks for the sub! I'm so glad it went down well.
Wow, thank looks awesome!
Glad you like it!
Another amazing dinner enjoyed by all the family, thanks again 😋
Never put sugar in jalfrezi before
Try it, it gives it a nice balance.
Love cooking with shamza
Thank you so much. 😊👍
Just made this thankyou!!
Hope you like it!
just finished making this Shamza, i nearly messed up after frying the onions and peppers, after setting them aside i was going to continue with the same pan but i thought NO clean it first lol so i did and got to say this was superb, so much so i will be cracking open the frozen chappati for this dish!,.. thx again for the recipe and wish you all the best with the channel 👍
Have to use fresh garlic and ginger love this recipe 💯
👍🏾
Hi Shamza, I made this today. Me and my family love it. I didn’t blend the masala as I was in a hurry. But it still turned out great. Will be making this again. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.
Swap chicken breast for lamb, pork, king prawns or especially chicken things & legs on the bone for an even better result. A brilliant recipe.
Super smart call on charring the onions and pepper to add after.
