If so, now if that so called belief is wrong by a cop, then there is a law suit.
The policeman walked straight in front of oncoming g traffic as if he had the authority to do that. NO he does not! Also he looks like a walking toyshop with all body kit
Came steaming over to assert his male dominance and was sent packing back like a little mouse. 😂
The tactic was to block the camera. While he is blocking the camera and engaging with the journalist his buddies could be doing anything they want. That is why you don’t let them do that. Keep moving and force them to illegally detain you.
Temporary inspector, let’s hope it is only temporary
Freedom to photograph and film
"Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel."
Section 26 Criminal Courts and Justice Act (police abusing powers)
Misfeasance in Public Office (action taken by a public officer where they have knowingly misused or abused their power or authority and willingly acted to cause harm to an individual or group.)
Domestic Terrorism (Police using/threatening to use arrest/detention to enforce their versions of law that violate rights and abuse actual law)
MEMORISE THESE, as these are your best tools when dealing with arrogant tyrants that think they have absolute authority over those they are supposed to serve.
If this was the US you'd swear it was arguing drunks. Video is very helpful.
if everybody lies to the police, why do they bother asking questions?
He is obviously important as he has to stop the traffic to cross the road rather than wait for a gap in the traffic.
They keep on poking until they find a reason to put the bracelets on.
Another Inspector that hates the public , bad attitude and it was like pulling teeth to get his name. Ever since his friends got locked up Coouzens and Carrick their attitude has gone down hill and Auditors seem to be the target for revenge, some even wear T shirts saying Revenge as we have seen on social media lately, Inspectors are the worst , they act like the Gestapo, and think they have the right to stop and interrogate people in the street for legally filming. I think that after everyone saw an Inspector (Gittoes) beat up an Auditor for nothing they would be less aggresive to the public, What did this guy do wrong , everything from Fail to Identify up front .his filming without being prompted , his attitude to the public , what was the need to talk like that ? This guy has danger written all over him and he has a GUN!
I have been arrested for assault on a police officer, handcuffed and tossed in back of the car, taken to jail until court the next morning and fined equivalent to a full week's rent for saying....Wait for it.....''I'm bloody sick of police harrasement''
To add insult to injury the duty solicitor didn't say a word in my defence either.
Another tale from fairyland.
The duty solicitor is never on your side Buddy! Whatever you tell him he's telling the cops
@@megataurus7779 A duty solicitor is for advice at the cop shop. They rarely represent anyone at court. If a solicitor fails to be professional there's a complaints procedure.I think the original comment was BS.
@davidhooper1767 here in Australia we are represented by a duty solicitor if we have to go to court. You may well believe the comment is bs that's your choice but our system here is insane at best.
@@iamthatiam44444Then why are commenting on cops in the UK? But I still think it's a BS story.
They do love all their gadgets attached to the vest.
interesting commentary
I find it entertaining that an "acting Inspector" and most other police are rarely seen and when they are, now tooled up like Robo cop, when UK is a society without public firearms. Why do they need all these radios and tasers when for centuries Police managed with a police truncheon and the occasional police telephone box. Yet the thing they seem to fear most is a camera. I think they watch too many US movies. THEN the idiot tries to intimidate everyone present instead of just doing his job. Well he is certainly acting up.
Are you some kind of dummy? Radios have been around since the 1950s in patrol cars and then expanded to foot patrols around the late 60s.Yes a truncheon really helps when someone has a machete and is trying to chop off your arm.Firearms teams carry their guns on them all the time now been like that for about 18+ years.
Don't have to tell you anything. Don't have to give ID. Because I havent committed a crime. But you should know that anyway.😮
