Sleep problems = Circadian rhythm out of whack. Excess blue light exposure. Hate to recommend melatonin because (eventually) it destroys endogenous production, but if kept to 1mg for a month taken at 8pm in a darkened room you should be ok.
Going on 7 months no booze. The amount of extra energy I have is out of this world. I will warn you guys that your sugar cravings the first few weeks will be intense. It's totally ok if you find yourself downing cookies at night. Better than the alternative

I've had just abive normal or what they call high cholesterol since I was a kid. Who cares. Your body produces cholesterol. It depends on the high and low and testosterone precursor I'd cholesterol. Don't listen and just continue what you're doing.
Doctor said my cholesterol was high too... I came back 3 months later and it was normal. My diet didn't change, the only thing I changed was getting 10,000 steps per day (in addition to my regular weight training). There must be something about getting a consistent state of low impact cardio such as walking. Weight training isn't enough. Give it a try. Worked for me.
You said in another episode that you got out of the psych field, though doesn’t that apply to what we have to take accountability for ourselves? I’m confused, can you explain why you perceive the psych field as BS.? Thank you sir..

Stop drinking caffeine and your energy will improve. Leaving caffeine behind was one do the best decisions of my life.
