- New version of the Ground Pound is out! This version was made completely from scratch, so it not only fix a ton of bugs but adds new features like GP Jump, the possibility to undo GP in the air, new interaction with slopes, interactions with all kind of blocks and supports both Mario & Luigi with their complete arsenal of power-ups! New version is also a lot of faster and visual were improved a lot. Hope you enjoy it!

Well to be serious, you can just make a TV custom graphic replacing the brick block and big Mario can ground pound that.

I just found the biggest problem of this script - *spikes*
If player uses ground pound on spikes, and use immediately gound pound jump. Guess what? *HE WILL NOT TAKE DAMAGE*

Just saw the trailer, it was amazing. SLOPES
It might be a good replacement to SMBX. It’s most likely I will be doing that more than SMBX. I know most people subscribed to my channel for SMBX content, but it was pretty stressful making my SMBX episode simply because it would have taken forever and it was very stressful. I will be making a test video of this script.
I don't know if it'll be a "replacement" since not everyone owns a Switch. Also SMBX (to my point of view) is the best Mario editor if regards to computer games, so I believe both games can cohexist. As for what you said about episodes, that's the reason why I'm not involved in any. However, it doesn't mean that making an episode has to be always stressful, there are ways to do it without fall on that stress, check smbx.org topics about it (Enjl's ones are pretty good).
@@lxxzit It's not that, it's because I go to a residential school and can only come home certain weekends and school breaks. That's where all the stress comes in.
@@lxxzit Also would peach and toad work well for this script? And the fact that the switch will probably get more popular and some members of the SMBX community are most likely going to switch to Mario Maker 2.

Bro, so awesome, they keep delaying Beta 4 for meaningless bugs, it just wont release, but you are making up for it by scripting the NPCs most of which are in it.

Do your SM2DU 3.0 graphics include both Mario and Luigi?
Yes, but they are no longer SM2DU-style. I found that that palette just doesn't work with SMB3's Mario, so I tried a new one which is mostly inspired in Super Mario Flashback, but Luigi's colors aren't from a specific souce, with him, I just played with the colors until I found a result that I liked

Great patch! Just found a glitch... if you ground pound on a powerup you don't power up :/
The download in the description says that it includes Mario and Luigi, however, Luigi isn't there at all.

Gracias! Respecto a los gráficos, no vienen de un pack por lo que no provienen de un lugar en especifico, la mayoria de gráficos que ocupo los hago o edito exclusivamente para videos, y por lo general siempre los subo así que puedes obtener los gráficos desde ahí. Respecto a las actualizaciones de SMBX, tenemos SMBX2 beta 4 pero no se sabe qué pasara con SMBX 1.4.5

Sure! I can do it for the next update (will be a small one). I'm waiting for more feedback before upload it, maybe there are some hidden bugs that I haven't found so far

How you put song if you do the Ground Pound
does the game come in full sreen or windowed
so you know the whomp that you showed off a while back? Well purple Yoshi's ground pound kills it when the whomp attacks the player, witch is cool but I tested it with your ground pound but it did not work. could you try something with that? also, can you make the ground pound compatible with the smw and default mario/luigi? it switches to the sprites used in this video, witch makes it weird
That's a cool interaction, however, I'm against making interaction for custom NPCs since it would break default ones. What I can do is leave an empty space so you can add your own interactions (I mean, npcs the ground pound is able to kill). As for SMW Mario and Luigi, you can just can always change the graphics by yourself, doing sprites in that style takes a lot of time and I prefer spending it on new projects rather than being stuck at one

How does Mini respond to the Ground pound?
It's disabled with mini, but if you happen to get that power-up while ground-pounding, it'll show the respective mini frames. Since mini-mushroom requires a lot of new interactions and it's not used that much, I'm leaving it for later
