Beautiful aloe lace 🌱 so full and healthy. 😉 Ur video display N the 🎵😋😋
Thank you Jenny, glad you enjoyed 😊🌵☀️🌸
Of course I’m watching! 😉 So that is the momma of the aloes you sent me. They will grow beautiful then. Always great rotating display at the end. It captures the beauty of the plants perfectly. 👍🏼🌵😃 Congrats on your channel growth. 💪🏻🎉
Thank you Ana 😊 yep this is the momma plant from those pups I sent to you. It won’t be long before they’re the size of this. This would have probably been even bigger if the soil was better, but I’m expecting it to do much better now. Thank you as always Ana for watching and commenting and your continued support, from Edith & I, have a fantastic weekend 🌵☀️🌸☕️
Thank you for the repoting video. The plant looks great in the new set up! Looking forward potting mix vid.
Thank you Julia, the potting mix video will be the next one I upload 😊🌵☀️🌸
Thanks for showing me what this plant should look like & how to repot it.Mine has gotten rather leggy.😢
Thank you 😊 I hope yours recovers. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🌸🏜

Beautifully done, Daz. It's such a beautiful plant as well. I had this aloe before but it died and I haven't gotten to replacing it yet. Love the 360 degrees show at the end. 👍👍👍😍😍😍

Really beautiful plant and it looks great repotted in its new pot 😊🌵🌵
Thank you Lucy 😊 I have plenty of offsets from this so if you’d like one or a few next spring you’ll welcome to them. Thank you for watching and commenting as always, have a great Sunday 🌵☀️🌸
Thank you, that would be great. If we wait until spring maybe we could do a small plant swap as that would be cool 🌵🌵😊
Definitely Lucy, I look forward to that 😊🌵☀️🌸
Cool plant.
Thank you for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
I have two aristaloe outside in a container , they get about 4-5 hours of morning sun. I do not water them, only when it's raining. I have them in a soil with lots of rocks and, common soil and some soil frok my backyard. I keep them in the ssme small container. I have read that they are cold hardy , actually the coldier aloe spiece, I will test them the next winter. Cheers from north Greece.
Yes I’ve read they can take pretty low temperatures. A quite tough plant. Thank you for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
Well done, sweetheart! 😍 I have a pup of that Aloe too. Thank you for indulging me and featuring the plant on the pancake maker. 🤣 I know it was troublesome setting that up for just one plant. I noticed a lot are interested in your potting mix. 😊 Use the scoop next time please omg! Although it was so funny when you fast forwarded your video. 🤣 Thank you for sharing. Up next is... ❤️😉
Thank you my love 😊 yes you have a pup from this Aloe too. You just love me getting that pancake maker out, even though it is a pain in the butt to set up! 🤣 I promise I’ll use the scoop next time lol. Next video will be the potting mix video. Thank you as always babe for your love and support ❤️🤗😘
Hi Daz! Quite handsome plant mate. So healthy. Unique looking aloe too right? Repotting him is alright like you said Daz. From from I've learnt and observed, these dudes grow in the winter too. Strangely, the euphorbias in my garden are growing in winter too! Although I do search the net for information, i enjoy learnning from observation in the garden. It's quite enthralling. Thank you for sharing your moment in the garden with us Daz. From the garden city of India to you and Edith, have a smashing weekend! Cheers and God bless.
Thank you Carl. Yeah this is one of my favourite Aloes, it was a gift from my mum also and one of the first that started my own collection of cacti and succulents. Some of my Euphorbias continue growing into the autumn and winter also, in fact a Euphorbia repotting will be coming soon as well, that will be fun because it’s huge! The best way to learn is from observation I agree, getting to know your individual plants. Thank you for watching and commenting as always my friend, from Edith & I, have an awesome weekend 👍🏻🌵☀️🌸
Daz it looks great potted in the bowl! I got this plant for my sister in law and just redid it as it had too many babies, it was completely squished.
Your turned out perfectly lovely and love the pics at the end!!! 🌵❤️
Thank you Natty 😊 yeah these Aloes produce a lot of offsets, I think in total my one has produced about 15 in the time I’ve had it. Thank you for watching and commenting as always Natty, have an awesome Sunday 🌵☀️🌸
I have so many on mine right now i had to look up this video. There's over 10 all around it looks so awkward but I don't think I should remove them yet but it does need to be repotted.
Nicely done! Excellent photography🤩🤩🤩
Thank you Patricia, glad you enjoyed 😊🌵☀️🌸
I've been looking for a video like this, thank you! Question though, I have the Miracle-Gro cactus, palm and citrus potting mix...do I still need to put the other rocks?
Thank you, glad you enjoyed 😊 I personally don’t use any of the pre-made cactus and succulent soil mixes. If you have to use it then I do recommend adding something like pumice or grit (gravel) to the soil also. I have a soil mix video on my channel that may be helpful to you if you want to check that out. Thank you for watching and commenting 🌵🌸🌼☀️
Great video, thanks. I have a Lace Aloe but my roots aren't all stringy like that. In fact it's more of a thicker stalk type root. Does that sound familiar to you? Looking to repot mine very soon as the pot it is currently in is too deep.
Yeah the thicker roots are a sign of a more healthy plant. This one at the time was desperate to be repotted and the soil it was in was bad. It’s growing huge thick roots now and they’re already coming out the drainage holes so it’ll need repotting again soon! Thank you for watching and commenting 👍🏻🌵☀️🌺🌼🏜
Wow so beautiful aloe aristata hope that I can have too. Salamat po.. Paalam💕💕💕💕😘
Thank you 😊 Maraming salamat po sa comment at sa panonood 🌵☀️🌺🌼🏜
Such a beautiful Aristaloe Aristata! I am fairly sure this plant can live outdoors all year? I have mine outside just outside of my greenhouse and it was completely unharmed by our frost a couple weeks back
Yeah it’s a pretty hardly Aloe, I’ve not tried growing it outdoors but would be interesting putting one out to see how it does. Thank you for watching and commenting 😊🌵🌼☀️🏜
@@Cactimania yeah I'm playing risky, I've got none indoors but if we get really cold I will bring it in but if it's a normal winter then I'll leave it unless I see frost damage starting
Great video on the repotting! Trying to figure out when to repot my lace aloe. I haven't seen any roots growing out of the bottom of the pot yet so I think I'm good How often do you water? The leaves are mine are very large and plump compared to some of the lace aloes I see (like yours) and I water about every 2 weeks. It has also been one of the fastest growing plants I have.
David A thank you 😊 I water mine every two weeks as well. Mine has exploded with growth since being repotted, and recently produced the biggest flower spike it ever has. If yours seems happy enough right now and no roots coming out of the drainage holes then I’d personally not repot it yet, I only repotted mine as I knew the soil it was in was terrible. Thank you for watching and commenting, have a great day 👍🏻🌵☀️🌺🌼🏜
@@Cactimania thank you for the reply! I've had mine about a year so no flowers yet, but about 10 offshoot pups!

Tenho um pouco de dificuldade no cultivo da Aloe Aristata, no momento estou tentando recuperar uma. Obrigada
I hope yours recovers soon and grows well for you 😊 Thank you for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
Where did u get the pot u used please?
Hi Patti. I had this pot spare but it originally came from one of my local garden centers with bulbs growing in it, I think the brand is Teku and they’re available online from places like Amazon and eBay. 👍🏻🌵☀️
I have a problem, my lace aloe, it developed white spots, it still looks fairly well can you help me? There aren’t too many white spots, should I just propogate it?
Without seeing it I can’t really give you advice. Do you have a Facebook or Instagram so you can show me a picture of it? 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
Cactimania yes! I do, ill message you with the photos
Hi again, what does it mean if my aristata has color white on some part of their leaves?
Hello again, that usually means it’s getting too much direct sunlight, I have one in my greenhouse that got a bit scorched and parts of it’s leaves turned white 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
@@Cactimania the location of my aristata is bright shaded area only. I only repotted it last sunday that's why no water and no direct sun.
Don’t worry too much about it, but without seeing a picture of it I can’t say for sure what it is. If you have Instagram or Facebook you can contact me there or via my email cactimaniadaz@gmail.com 🌵☀️🌺🌸🌼🏜
@@Cactimania is your fb name cactimania also? If yes, i already sent a photos
It’s cactimaniadaz 🌵☀️🌺🌸🏜
Hi i bought new aristata. Do i need to air dry the plant?
You don’t need to air dry, just don’t water it for 7 to 10 days after repotting. Thank you for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌺🏜🌼
@@Cactimania do i need to remove the old soil? Im from philippines
Only if you’d rather use your own soil mix, I always prefer using my own and I like to remove all of the old nursery soil. Maraming salamat po sa comment at sa panonood 😊 Happy growing 🌵☀️🌺🌼🌸🏜
@@Cactimania after watering, can i put in indirect sunlight ?
You can, yes, aristata prefer some protection from hot sun otherwise its leaves will close up and will take on a stressed brown colour. 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
