How to remove upper intake on 1987 Toyota 4runner 22re

This is how I removed my upper intake to clean it.
I used an entire 12oz can of CRC carburetor cleaner before putting it in the parts washer. Results were about a 50% improvement in removing oil gunk.
Gasket part number is: Toyota 17176-35020 Gasket, Air Surge Tank To Intake Manifold
