I don`t see many videos of things people DON`T like about Thailand, so this was refreshing. And it is hard to disagree with you, I recognized all of them, except the snow part. But I will add a few more. First, the fact that tourist destinations always draw out a few Thais who have criminal intentions. Like scams, or thefts. Just be aware, and hang on to your belongings. Secondly, the traffic. There are lots of accidents and deaths in Thailand traffic, lots of reckless driving and even drunk driving. Again, be aware, drive safely, always use a helmet when driving motorbike, wear seatbelts, and never drive after drinking. Third, the different pricing system for Thais and farangs. It may feel a bit unfair, but is of course not a big deal. I will add a couple of more things to like about Thailand too. First, I hear many say the feeling of freedom driving your own motorbike. Feeling the fresh air against your skin. Lots of farangs never drive motorbike in their own country, but here "everyone" seems to have one. And it`s a good reason for that. Perfect temperature, and it`s just the easiest way to get around. And secondly, you mentioned Thai food, but I would say the variety of food. At places like Jomtien and Pattaya, Bangkok or Phuket, you can really get everything you can imagine. Dishes from all over the world, and you don`t have to travel far to get it. That alone should be a good reason to come to Thailand. The variety of food from Asia, Europe, Australia, Middle East, America (Mexico). If you go hungry here, you should check your pulse. One more thing, in Thailand it is so easy to make new friends. People are open for new friendship, with other expats or with Thais. They will invite you into their homes, if you befriend a Thai. In the west, it is a much more "closed" society, where people often don`t even know their neighbors` names.. Just a few things popping into my head, I do have lots more. Thank you for this video, Heath 😊😊
Only one Thai has ever bought me a drink, and that was a woman who had just waved good bye to her felang at the airport. We are liked because they make money off us.
@@PeterBren You just haven't met the right Thai people yet. I would love to offer you a drink if our paths crossed. But to be invited, you must be open to it. Politeness and a smile goes a long way. Have that in mind.
For Snow - Taiwan is a very short flight. - Many don't know Taiwan has more than 265 mountains over 3000 m. In the winter, it's easy to be at a "tropical" beach and quickly drive to snow and sub-alpine environments. I recommend the Alishan narrow-gauge train.
One thing I love about Pattaya is that its beach is facing west so you can enjoy sunsets. When a beach is facing east I called that being on the wrong side. Only people who wake up in the night can enjoy sunrises and that's not what most people want to wake up in the end of the night.
I agreed with everything you said, but I think you left out a good few negatives I thought would get a mention, that apply to Pattaya mostly but also Jomtien in places. 1. The poor quality of pavements, often very narrow, with multiple holes, broken edges, sticking out bolts / metal, electrical posts often with dodgy wiring running down to torso level that you have to slalom around, making it a trip hazard nightmare especially when negotiating your way past groups of others in the busier parts of town. 2. The open sewers on side streets (at least they were there a decade ago when I last visited). Very stinky. 3. Aggressive packs of Soi dogs (as some others have mentioned). 4. Songkran, which is officially only 1 day long but the Thais treat as a whole week during which you cannot go anywhere without being assaulted with buckets of water sometimes containing solid ice, especially bad if you are on the way out to an air conditioned restaurant or a shopping mall / movie - some ex-pats disappear to elsewhere in Thailand for that week, for good reason. 5. Insane motorbike riders, especially motorbike taxis which can be particularly heart-stopping if you are on the back of one, wondering if your kneecaps are about to go bye-bye. 6. Numerous scams you have to keep an eye out for, often backed up by violence, like the Jet Ski scams, which meant I didn't go near a JetSki any time I was there. 7. Pushy beach sellers who will never leave you alone - 1 actually woke me up while sleeping to try and sell me his trash - me and the concession staff chased him down the beach for that. 8. No prices on items in many shops with constant "discounts" signs in the window, where the sellers try extremely hard to rip you off because you are Falang not Thai. Maybe I'm a bit picky, and I guess you get normalised to a these things if you are an ex-pat, but these stood out to me when I was an occasional visitor. I actually loved the place, the people, the food and the weather, the many times I visited Pattaya, Jomtien, Bangkok and Chiang Mai, with the many positives outshining the negatives, and at the end of each holiday I couldn't wait to get back there again. I was thinking about maybe moving there after retirement, but after a number of years visiting I found that I was getting a little bored with the same old same old holidays and it started to lose its charm, and I realised it wasn't quite for me. Having lived in both Pattaya and Las Vegas, Pattaya has so much better and less expensive food, drinks, and the women are way more beautiful and nicer.
maybe another thing to add to the list is the "garbage" people leave on the beach or sidewalk near the beach,,, plastic food dishes, beer bottles, empty ice bags, etc.... sure the next day someone has to clean it,,, but the littering is terrible, especially on weekends when the Thai tourism comes to Jomtien beach ... PS: I do NOT miss the snow in Canada
Good point about the repetitive, loud blaring music especially blasting out of most of the bars. They seem to love blasting this one particular purely "instrumental". I dont I think it even has a name. I would name it "Synthetic-Drum Bar-Girl Hip-Bounce Staccato". Any of you that has visited would surely recognize it. I like all forms of music, including club music, but that one is particularly annoying. You hear it every day and sometimes three times within the same block.
Outrageous of the Bhat bus driver to ask you to leave the bus in the wet weather, carrying shopping, just because he wanted to turn back. Have seen them turn around immediately the bus is empty, which is bad enough and as someone who would be reliant on transport, puts me off the further reaches of Jomtien. You and many others did generous, wonderful work to help struggling people in a time of great need, and although I am sure not for expecting future reward, I share your disappointment that the gratitude was short lived among some people.
This happened to me last year a couple of times. I was told by the staff in my Condo, that it was illegal and that they had to follow the route until the end if there were passengers still on the bus.

Hello from Montreal, I enjoy your videos very much and hope to visit Thailand in 2025. Your videos stand out from the rest for me because of the soft music, quiet tones and great information. Keep up the good work !!
Well balanced and very openhearted video. Also love the statement of "being a guest here", as that's what we Farangs are. Have been living here myself since 2013 and ain't leave this area until my last days. But two notes from my side: Being a guest, doesn't mean we should not share our opinion openly about the deficiencies in the Thai society: So I'm also criticizing the noise levels here (music, motobikes, trucks with trumpets-like exhaust pipes), the pollution (Diesel-tuning, burning the trash everywhere), the ever-present corruption and thinking in "collective" terms are limiting the potentials of this beautiful nation. When 70 mio of Thais are generating a GDP similar to just 8 mio Austrians, one has to ask: What are the reasons for this low performance despite "eternal summer", striving tourism, plenty of sea access and the renown creativity of the Thai culture? From educated Thais I'm getting honest comments on this dilemma, they are well traveled and understand the systemic and cultural limitations. Uneducated Thais are just stating the usual "This is Thailand" phrase, that ends every inspired discussion. For us Farangs with overseas income this stillstand of Thai development is a "blessing", but I'm not cynical enough to enjoy cheap housekeeper and gardener. Really like the Thais, they deserve better. Anyway - Jomtien is one of the most beautiful places in the world to enjoy peace, comfort, Thai joy in life, cuisine and quietness. More video clips like that! Thank you.
All good points I live in South Australia, its a 9-5 town...winter here places open late, shut early, airport curfews, uptight business woman, obesity and mental illness everywhere etc etc. Thailand and Vietnam have been good places for change for me
I too love the colder weather. Fall. Winter. Which you can’t find in Southeast Asia. It’s usually just warm or hot. That’s it. I love sweater weather. The different seasons. Why I like Hong Kong so much. It has a sense of seasons. It does get cold there. Around January - March. And I love it. HK is my favorite Asian city.
OMG! You are so right. Everywhere I went in Jomtien or Pattaya I would hear the SAME songs over and over again from 60 years ago! The Rolling Stones, “I can’t get no satisfaction” from 1966 or “Maggie May” by Rod Stewart from 1970. Give me a freakin break from those ancient songs!!!!!
Perhaps it would be interesting for you to do a Thai wine review cause they do have some wine regions yes! Just maybe the local wines are not so heavily taxed so you get a more reasonable price/quality ratio? I just wouldn't expect much out of them simply due to the climate of those regions though.
Good video well done. My main hate is the litter on the beach which ends up in the ocean the music i get over that with a good set of ear plugs looking forward to seeing more of your vids.
I agree pattaya is not just a red light district so many people think thats what it is i tell them walk around durnig the daytime there is so much more than walking street lk metro soi 6 .. Pattaya is what you make of it and to me when i visit its a nice coatal town that these days caters to everyone... great food massage and overall nightlife... L.A Rob
That's a very honest opinion of everything.. totally agree with wine Price dislike..I think if someone could do a great wine shop with fair prices..thay would crack it. I should imagine it's inport taxes that put a dampner on it?.. enjoy that video..gaz
Although there are things that different individuals like and dislike everywhere in the world you've accomplished providing a very pleasant picture of Thailand regardless of those annoying things, keep it up
Will be in Jomtien in about 6 weeks Heath and really looking forward to it, I'm staying near Soi 7 but will definitely pop down to Soi Welcome for a beer and street food from that very good 24 hour street food stall in the next soi 👌🏻
I'm with you, except for the snow. Isn't it really interesting that most of the things on our "don't like lists" are actually about foreigners and foreign ways?
Mentioned.. Jomtien is a Beautiful Bay. Pattaya Bay is a small Boat Harbour. Consistently 50-70 boats on anchor polluting the water with their oily bilge water.
I agree wih most of your pros and cons. Crossing the road is dangerous here in CM, also not fond of smoky sesson but obnoxious entitled visitors are the worse. Respect the people and culture.
Literally one of the most beautiful places ever , and I totally agree.... The only trouble is Expats and even worse , drunk expats If you are going to visit another country , have respect for there culture and lifestyle , embrace the wonderful acceptance of the land of smiles................ Pattaya, Jomtien so beautiful and welcoming........ moving there soon !!!
I didn't say anyone was an angel.......what I am trying to express is , HAVE RESPECT WHEN YOU ARE A VISITOR IN ANOTHER COUNTRY , especially a country that is so accepting and open
Hi Heath another great video. For my two cents worth I enjoy the authentic Thai foot leg and body massage. Best place to get a Thai massage is in Thailand.
Quick question - at the end of the vid, you mentioned it was getting hot at 8am, how do you cope with the heat in the middle of the day? Do you find yourself stuck inside from 9-4pm?
Looks like too much heat for me there - preferring - 'comfortable' weather over sweaty all the time. 8 AM and too hot already ? Not enough time for getting essentials done - hoping for more like 10 AM before the heat chases you indoors for the AC ! - - - Might be a deal breaker for me ? > Areas in the Philippines are much cooler @ 2,000 ft elevation - about an hour or so S of the Manila airport - near Tagaytay - a region where the elevation requires little to no AC ! A beautiful scenic area and favorable for expats in every way. Including a low cost of living. Some cities and towns are a bit warmer @ 1,000 ft. - or in between them allowing a choice of climates !!! More people speak English making it easier in many ways.
Well said, it’s interesting that there are some foreign people who disrespect Thai culture and there are some nationalities worse than others… I love the place and intend to move there soon … I love Thai culture and food and love the people… can’t wait to live there on a more permanent basis…
Having been to Jomtien just once, back in 2019, though I'm returning again for a month this November( 2024) and really looking forward to it. I have to agree with all of your likes. As for your dislikes, having lived in China for over 15 years,I have experienced a few that are very similar. Disrespect for the culture a great bugbear of mine and hated those that used to say "well it's not like that in my country ... (of course it bloody isn't!!!) also having no respect for the locals made me seethe! Loud music used to play in the shops too, so much so that you couldn't hear yourself think!I definitely won't miss he weather AT ALL!, I'm in the cold damp drizzly north east of England! I've only been following your channel for a few days and find your insights honest and open, but most of all interesting. Furthermore, you don't constantly bang on about bars and bar girls like some other you tubers.Your point about the 'sleazy' side of Thailand, I find is only a viewpoint of those who have never been or experienced it , perhaps they only watch the videos about bars and bar girls, well each to their own. As I will be there this November 2024, I really would like to meet up with you and buy you a coffee (or a beer) if you have the time and or the energy. My email I'm sure is in my profile Bit late to your party I'm afraid but trying to catch up with your back catalogue.
One tip to anyone thinking of visiting. Pattaya is way way way too loud at night. You won’t be able to sleep. So far better to stay in Jomtien beach. It’s about a 5 min baht bus ride to go to Pattaya for the clubs etc etc. plus jomtien beach is nicer.
I know what you mean about the widely held perception of Pattaya. Like you, I know it is a misperception and I have decided to live in Jomtien. Stereotyping in Thailand definitely exists and needs to be more carefully applied. It can be a two-way thing. Sometimes a truism. BUT, Thailand and its people are wonderful. I love both! Buddhism is, I believe, a foundation of gentle behaviour and smiles. At the same time, Thai social psychology is complex. There are good people and "bad" people in all cultures. Personally, I am appalled by some foreigners' attitudes and behaviours evidenced in Thailand when they visit or stay as expats. For my part, I believe I should have made Thailand my home 25 years ago. I have been to Thailand close to twenty times in that 25 years. Never for sex tourism. Many times (yearly) in transit to Europe where I had an apartment, often spending three days each way in Bangkok. Other visits have been for two months duration in the Issan, Phuket, Pattaya and Rayong regions ( respectfully at different times). On different occasions, I have travelled alone, with an ex-partner, my daughters or my brother. I am now 70 years of age and have extensively travelled the world. Thailand is now my choice to spend my last years. I will not be in bars with Ferangs who I would never waste my time talking to in my home country, Thailand, or anywhere else for that matter. Not every Ferang is an arrogant sex tourist, narcissistic racist, and uncouth beer-swilling numbskull slob. (but many are). Unfortunately, the mighty dollar (and baht) excuses more than should be tolerated by the Thai people in the name of increasing local GDP. I am confident I will be welcome in my new, future home after I move from the "Land of Clowns". 555 There is so much more of Thailand I want to see and experience before I shuffle off this mortal coil.
I have only been there as a tourist on many occasions, the only thing that gets me a bit mad is the lack of respect for pedestrians, no one stops at crossings and they drive through red traffic lights when you have the little green man to cross the road. They need to install some cameras and start enforcing the rules. Having said that it is much worse in Manila, absolutely no chance of getting across the road there.
Sadly you have to learn to drive like a Thai and the point you make is a good one. Thai drivers in the main don't care about pedestrians. Foreign drivers have learned to stop for pedestrians only if it absolutely safe to do so. You could stop and a car or bike could easily overtake you and hit the pedestrian. It seems wrong but they are much safer just waiting for a decent gap in the traffic.
no 4 i get, i live on the darkside, i live between 2 estates with all nationalities , in between is a small row of houses, 3,4 sometimes 5 days a week is this deep deep base music which we all have to suffer , the walls of my house seem to increase the base, this is 300m from my own house, yes its their country but if you dared to ask them to maybe turn it down just a bit you know what will happen to you, respect should be shown both ways.
Like your choices there Heath, the problem with snow is, it's beautiful falling and fresh, but a pain in the bum when it turns to slush! Also someone else said about the thai's seeming inability to need to deal with their own rubbish! The number of times I have been following a Thai unwrapping something and the wrapper/film is just dropped 😢.
Hey - a while back you had a cool video about what I think was a danish bar with a store in the back (if I remember correctly….. what was name of the place?
@@fromoneendofthailand yes. I have seen videos of bad things. I helped a family out while I was there. But it is hard for a poor man to take on two more poor people. :)
You will always find empty tables and a female challenger at Rompho Market. There are good tables in Soi Welcome, Soi Whitehouse and on the Thappraya Road.
A good video. Having lived in Thailand for 8 years I can agree totally with your likes and dislikes. A big dislike is the way Thais drive. The Highway Code in thailand is a suggestion rather than the law.
You nailed it. I agree with everything said and I would add one more. The trash on the beaches has to stop. I hate seeing all the cigarette butts, beer bottles and everything else on the beach. Sickening! Farangs are the ones doing the majority of the damage. I would hope the authorities would fine people for this.
You mentioned the shift after COVID, I noticed and experienced it too, and it was unfortunate how fast it switched. It made me feel bad that they've turned into being like the west so quickly. Lesson learned.
Hello Heath, I like to know why you chose Jomtien over for example Koh Samui or Hua Hin or … ? Is it possible to date normal Thai women or are they mostly bar girls? Thanks for your videos - always great - have a good time!
Good question. When I first came here I lived on the darkside and Jomtien was always a nice place I would visit. I was offered a nice condo in a highrise overlooking the beach in Jomtien. I am currently seeing a nice lady who isn't a bar girl. She works and does not need me to support her, so yes, it is possible.

Thank you.
Thank you for your detailed response. Good to see other perspectives.
just curious, what would finally force you to leave jomtien or thailand altogether? and what would be your “plan b”? cambodia, philippines, malaysia…?
Wow! Good question. Maybe it's a good question for a video. I'll need to think hard on that one. 🤔
All good points
I live in South Australia, its a 9-5 town...winter here places open late, shut early, airport curfews, uptight business woman, obesity and mental illness everywhere etc etc.
Thailand and Vietnam have been good places for change for me
Thanks for the feedback. 👍
Thanks for sharing. 👍
Thank u for loving Thailand❤️🙏..I m Thai and FC of yr Chanel🤟😊

Loving the video Heath I’d gladly pay for air conditioning rather than heating in Scotland oh well. only 3 yrs to go 😊😊😊
Thanks Peter. That time will come. 👍
Right, the hatable things are from farangs... You could mention old farts wlaking on the street without shirt. Or even going to restaurants...
Yes, absolutely. That falls under 'not embracing Thai customs'. 😐
I see. You are talking of yourself 😂😂😂
@@stefanschmid2145 Obviously you know me... Or you say stupid things... Maybe you're use to yell in the well.
Or young drunken louts
@@AlainLafond Grandpa 👴 you are not important
Sounds about right. Ha ha.
Country road. Take me home 🤕😭
@@antonioferrara6862 Yes. Although I quite like that one. 😎
@@antonioferrara6862 Yeah, that John Denver song too. 🫤
Interesting video. I agree with your observations , I also miss the cold weather, occasionally wrapping up in a coat. Hope your both keeping well
Thank you. 🙏
100% agree, some people have forgotten the help Expats provided during covid.
Some, yes. Only last night I was told to get off the bus. But to be fair, he said "no pay money, no problem." 😎
Perhaps it would be interesting for you to do a Thai wine review cause they do have some wine regions yes! Just maybe the local wines are not so heavily taxed so you get a more reasonable price/quality ratio? I just wouldn't expect much out of them simply due to the climate of those regions though.
We have our condo in Jomtien, I find Pattaya too crowded and crazy, looking forward to returning in November 😊
Yes, I agree. 👍
Vietnamese also play very loud music - they do it to fight boredom and unhappiness; they think that lots of noise makes people happy.
👍
Good video well done. My main hate is the litter on the beach which ends up in the ocean the music i get over that with a good set of ear plugs looking forward to seeing more of your vids.
Thank you, Peter. 👍
Yes I,v been coming to Thailand for over 20 years now and I do agree I,m thinking of makeing the same move you did good luck my name is David .
Thanks, David.
Thanks 🙏 ❤
You're welcome. 😎
L.A Rob
I agree. Thanks for the feedback, Rob. 👍
No gender politics...well said!
Best way of saying it. 😎
That's a very honest opinion of everything.. totally agree with wine Price dislike..I think if someone could do a great wine shop with fair prices..thay would crack it. I should imagine it's inport taxes that put a dampner on it?.. enjoy that video..gaz
Thanks. Yes, I heard it was import duty pushing the price up. 😐
Although there are things that different individuals like and dislike everywhere in the world you've accomplished providing a very pleasant picture of Thailand regardless of those annoying things, keep it up
Thanks for this kind comment. Much appreciated. 🙏
You really know how to live in different country … good attitude and reasonable
Thanks, Alan. I learn as I go. 😎
Good item heath keep them coming brother 🙏💪
Yes. 👍
Will be in Jomtien in about 6 weeks Heath and really looking forward to it, I'm staying near Soi 7 but will definitely pop down to Soi Welcome for a beer and street food from that very good 24 hour street food stall in the next soi 👌🏻
Sounds good. 👍
A nice intelligent look at Pattaya.
nice one, many thanks.
👍
I'm with you, except for the snow. Isn't it really interesting that most of the things on our "don't like lists" are actually about foreigners and foreign ways?
Yes. I noticed that. 😎
Nice vid, and I agree and experienced with the content like you told.
may I ask...what do you do to avoid boredom, in the heat of the days ?
Boredom? There's always something to do. I rarely get time to be bored. 🤣
Heath thank you, a lovely video. I enjoyed its sincerity. Rgds
Cheers, Gary. 👍
Mentioned.. Jomtien is a Beautiful Bay. Pattaya Bay is a small Boat Harbour. Consistently 50-70 boats on anchor polluting the water with their oily bilge water.
Point 8. Thailand is very cheap and you can travel through Thailand for a few hundert bath
Yes. 👍
5 SNOW really never heard anyone say that is what they miss, go home for a month in January
I agree wih most of your pros and cons. Crossing the road is dangerous here in CM, also not fond of smoky sesson but obnoxious entitled visitors are the worse. Respect the people and culture.
Yes, I agree. 👍
Literally one of the most beautiful places ever , and I totally agree....
The only trouble is Expats and even worse , drunk expats
If you are going to visit another country , have respect for there culture and lifestyle , embrace the wonderful acceptance of the land of smiles................
Pattaya, Jomtien so beautiful and welcoming........ moving there soon !!!
You explained it well. I totally agree 100%. 👍
I didn't say anyone was an angel.......what I am trying to express is , HAVE RESPECT WHEN YOU ARE A VISITOR IN ANOTHER COUNTRY , especially a country that is so accepting and open
I know what you mean about the same songs over and over. If I hear "Back in Black" one more time....my head is going to explode!!
Yes. 🤣
Hi Heath. You forgot the one & only thing I hate about Thailand. Damn Mosquitos!
That's a point. See you next week. 🦟
They're pretty bad here in Florida right now too.
Hi Heath another great video. For my two cents worth I enjoy the authentic Thai foot leg and body massage. Best place to get a Thai massage is in Thailand.
Yes, I should have mentioned that. 😎
I don't miss snow at all. I even go out my country for snow...
Quick question - at the end of the vid, you mentioned it was getting hot at 8am, how do you cope with the heat in the middle of the day? Do you find yourself stuck inside from 9-4pm?
I made a video about the heat recently. You get used to it. 👍
@@fromoneendofthailand I will check it out. Cheers mate
Yaimak night market open till 3 am, but ride into central 30 min
Yes, it does get hot at times. I do appreciate the cooler days. 😐
Hello Heith. I will be in Jomtien Beach for 2 months, January and February. Maybe we can meet for a beer or two!
Possibly. 😎
Thanks Heith!
Well said, it’s interesting that there are some foreign people who disrespect Thai culture and there are some nationalities worse than others… I love the place and intend to move there soon … I love Thai culture and food and love the people… can’t wait to live there on a more permanent basis…
Thanks, Tony. 👍
My email I'm sure is in my profile
Bit late to your party I'm afraid but trying to catch up with your back catalogue.
Thank you so much for the detailed comment. 🙏
Thank you. 😎
A really nice, articulate guy, as well.
Thanks!
Thank you so much for your comment, Will. And for your gift. 🙏

Hello from Montreal,Canada….it seems to be a nice place to retire.
Hello. Yes, it is. 🙏
Haha, the music point got me but the Ed Sheeran comment sent ma tea over the tv🤣🤣
Ha ha... 🤣
There is so much more of Thailand I want to see and experience before I shuffle off this mortal coil.
Thank you for the in depth comment. 🙏
Yes, I mentioned that in a recent video. No point having crossings here. 🤣
I was in Jomtien in September
no 4 i get, i live on the darkside, i live between 2 estates with all nationalities , in between is a small row of houses, 3,4 sometimes 5 days a week is this deep deep base music which we all have to suffer , the walls of my house seem to increase the base, this is 300m from my own house, yes its their country but if you dared to ask them to maybe turn it down just a bit you know what will happen to you, respect should be shown both ways.
Yes, I agree. 👍
Nice video, thanks❤
You're welcome. 😊
Thank you. 🙏
Hey - a while back you had a cool video about what I think was a danish bar with a store in the back (if I remember correctly….. what was name of the place?
The Bryghuset Bar in Soi Welcome.
❤
I agreed with everything you said, apart from one thing.SNOW.Thats a big no no for me.
Great vlog as always.
Ha ha thanks. I love the snow but haven't seen it in 7 years. 😐
Thanks Heath, informative as always 👍

@@fromoneendofthailand yes. I have seen videos of bad things.

Hotel California, it's still about. 🤣
New to your channel nice vlog 👍

I am here in Jomtien and was wondering where the best places to play pool are?
You will always find empty tables and a female challenger at Rompho Market. There are good tables in Soi Welcome, Soi Whitehouse and on the Thappraya Road.
Jomtian so beautiful sunset 😮😊🫰❤️🌄🌅
Yes, indeed. This time of year the sun sets behind the island and looks great. 🇹🇭
picture quality is excellent what camera do you use?
Thanks. I make all my videos on my iPhone 12. My older videos on an iPhone 10.
A good video. Having lived in Thailand for 8 years I can agree totally with your likes and dislikes.
A big dislike is the way Thais drive. The Highway Code in thailand is a suggestion rather than the law.
Yes, I think you could be right about the highway code. 👍
Thanks. 👍
coming over in November for a short holiday.. grim news about the ed sheeran music 🤣
You mentioned the shift after COVID, I noticed and experienced it too, and it was unfortunate how fast it switched. It made me feel bad that they've turned into being like the west so quickly. Lesson learned.
Indeed. But it's not everybody. 😎
@@fromoneendofthailand True! So very true.
Hi great vids
Cheers. 👍
