Thanks Heath, I Love the Hussle and Bussle of Bangkok for a change every now and then , Sukhumvit was my old Stomping ground when i used to come over 20 years ago with Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza being the nightly commute 😎 But then we discovered Pattaya and Jomtien and from then on the Taxi always traveled to the right from the Airport not the left😁🥰

In my limited experience (which admittedly is much less than yours) October can be very wet and if you are planning on a short term stay is probably best avoided. I remember it raining every day in October when I did my six month stay 8 years ago, not a problem for me as I had another five months ahead of me but I felt for friends who were staying for 2/3 weeks. Having said that Jomtien is becoming more and more a long stay venue (and long may that continue) and the rain makes a pleasant change and cools the place down now and again. Keep doing the videos to inform us ex-pat wanabees of any changes and I'll see you in January. ps the free small breakfast at Sevens will still be on offer during my 60 day visit ;-)

Great vlogg as always & good to see somewhere different for chg. Stayed at Maxim Inn yrs go as good location for a lively soi n not far from Nana & Cowboy. Be good to see more of soi 11 as that’s where all the hip bars.. hotels.. clubs seem to be in Bkk these days??🤔😉😎

Thanks Heath , The Buses are a great alternative to transit to the Airport , Very Comfortable, Very Reliable and Cheap compare it with a taxi or Bolt which is around 1500 to 2000 THB

No buses after 9 pm

Good information but I think you missed the opportunity to explain the reverse for those arriving at BKK. The trick about where to find the bus ticket booth for Pattaya / Hua Hin at gate 8 on the ground floor and the food court right near gate.

I`ve taken the bus from the airport to Pattaya but not the other way. Does it stop at Pattaya Nua bus station now or does it go all the way from Jomtien without any stops?

If I'm reading the info correctly, if you have an early morning flight, taking the bus is not an option; too bad cuz it's a great deal vs paying for a taxi.

You can also catch a daily-bus from there to Hua Hin, if you fancy a change of beach.

Hi, you left out the all important insurance. Just go and have a look at the gofundme pages of loser that came without insurance. It’s not needed until it is….. great video though, thank you. My wife and I are living on $1600 AUD monthly. Don’t drink or smoke.

I went there last year, place is a hidden gem. Great food, good service, nice atmosphere and very reasonable prices.
