I own a similar model it's the 680 variant, I have to say as I've put mine under a lot of stress testing (overloads ketchup stained white items etc.) the machine hasn't let me down yet.
An to this day "Triple M." (M.M.M) it still hasn't, same with my GE!
Much better wash action and water swishing than the 2 pillows you washed in it.
Now thats a healthy machine

Mine is not spinning clothes still wet. I put on drain and spin now machine is just making a noise and still stuck on 14 min with no spinning. Please help just got machine today
Okay, so it sounds to me like you are either experiencing computer issues (unplug plug back in after 5 minutes) is it brand new or used?

It’s new it started spinning yesterday but today it didn’t. I unplugged it and it’s still not spinning
have you check for any blockages in the drum or clutch issues?

Oh dude, I know that when the washing machine is not spinning the door isn't locked. So, it'll run a cycle washing clothes but the only time the door would lock is when it gets into the penetrating phase or spin. But, is your unit not engaging the wash cycle when you hit the start button?
Consider unplugging, wait about 2 mins then replug.
Does anyones shake while spinning
Only if the feet are off balance, or the tub, otherwise, I think its super quiet.
i get this model thursday. does it spin out the water good enough? Do u struggle with balancing issues? if so how did u fix it? and does it vibrate real bad on high spin? do your clothes get clean and do you still like it?
I've only owned it less than a year. I enjoy it, and the wash action is really good. The unit stays balanced but I always sort my clothes based on like materials. I guess if I were to start considering alternatives, I'd consider Samsung Front loaders with steam or Maytag with the 4.8 cuft tub with direct drive motor and agitator.
Feels like not enough water. Does machine design this way or you sent for low level water?
Select cycles have the deep fill feature. You just need to select the proper cycle, select deep fill and tap it every time its done putting water into the tub.
How many pods can I put in the slot?

@Frank and Radhika Review, This GE washer I can tell has a direct drive motor, which is already an A+. Washers with direct drive motors have always stood the test of time and give your a clothes a thorough cleaning. If anybody wants to know what kind of washing machine to get, an old-school or modern direct drive washing machine will always be the best option.
_Oh, by the way, they don't make belt drive washers like they used to from the 60's to 90's, so I'd advise anyone to stay far away from belt driven washers of today_ .
My Amana NTW4516FW3 is a great machine also. Hasn't let me down in the nearly 10 months I've had it.
