How are you able to have it opened and washing… I tried and it said de because the door couldn’t lock, in order to was I need to close the lid

Spin cycle is horrible . The rebalancing is ridiculous . Wastes water and time and comes out soaking wet half the time .

Not even a minute in and I had to close it. Subscribe? No thanks!

How do I rinse it for more time without it adding more water

I hate the bleach dispenser! The old washer, I used to pour the bleach directly in the tub while the water is filling.

I'd like to see the colors/normal cycle with deep rinse.

This is the worst washer I have ever had. It doesn't fill enough water to wash the clothes well. I have to stand there and hit the deep fill button a half dozen times to get enough water in the tub for it to wash the clothes. Poor design. Don't buy one. I won this washer and gave away a 25 year old washer that washed clothes better than this thing. If I would have bought this thing, I would have made them take it back.

Could you show me how to reset the machine?

When you open the lid it lights up only for 5 minutes not 15. At least that's what mine does. Great video!

It makes noise at every point it goes through. But my biggest complaint is how little water it allows into the machine. Deep Fill doesn’t always work…hardly ever works, IMO. I end up with the clothes on top of the water, there is so little of it. I agree with you about how the lights come on when you open the lid. That’s annoying. All in all, I’m hoping to get rid of mine as soon as possible. All the fancy sensors are needless. That machine has power over you because you can’t set it how you want it. Plus the noise the agitator makes sounds like it’s being strangled.

Very bad washing machine it will close your clothes it will not open if it have problem it very bad i change it two time and i come back to old washing machine with agitator which is the best of GE

Hey, So there is no way that the washer shuts off? Is it always on standby? If you lift the lid up to dry and hit the power button after is that a work around? Looking into buying this unit but my wife is not happy with that feature. :-) thanks

I got the same one except ending in 1ws anyways mine scared me during spin cycle it wasn’t walking but it shook a lot like in your video. I’ve never had one like this before so maybe it’s normal for it to shake like that ?

After of having a front loader for 15 years, I went back to a top loader and got this one, I hope it doesn't disappoint. in 15 years I had to repair my front loader 2 times. My Front loader did a great job cleaning all my clothes and sheets that ever went in it.

I got the same machine but old besion I happy so far I had a wirpool for 15 year still work but was giving me problems ,now I notice this machines are disine to use les water my move the water like cascade so far my clothes are cleaned I love it
