I'm definitely no expert on this, and you should probably consult a lawyer, but I think that when you do enough genuine criticism and review, the videos should fall under fair use. So you might have to do a bit more than just react and give a short opinion, but actually dissect it a fair bit.
I see a lot of reviewers blocking the video portion or filtering it in some way. Then there's stopping more and replaying pieces, breaking it up more so it's less of a straight run. Good luck, I'm enjoying your videos.
Best way is to apply a filter, there are some that are clear centered with effects around the outer edge. I know just from talking to other reactors that seems to be the easiest. 2nd Just go to breaks right at under 30 seconds of video play time and give your reaction. Crazy how they seem to randomly strike. Good luck, I really enjoy your music reactions.
Aww this makes me so sad - only recently discovered your channel and love your reactions. Not sure if this is why your most recent upload was over a year ago. FWIW, I think I saw superfan @haleystusk say elsewhere that Haley has absolutely no problem with letting UA-camrs use her content. Please come back some day soon 🫶

In order to prevent copyright strikes, you must go to UA-cam and point out that you are protected under the Fair use guidelines. It is best to remind them that the video was paused for commentary and rewound to emphasise a point. So, in this video you pause at 2:02 and mention you had heard him in another video and how you think he is great for this song. You pause again at 3:11 when Haley pops out from behind Puddles, again at 4:02 and so on. If you can do that for each of the videos they issued a strike on, you should be able to have the strikes removed, see below. I follow a whole bunch of reactors and they pretty much do and say that all the time. I hope this helps.
You grew so fast because your reactions are very enjoyable and intelligent! Most people who tune in are there for a certain artist that they follow and have seen the videos multiple times. Most followers of these artists don't mind if the video is distorted or filtered. We watch to get your reaction and comments. The fastest way to grow a channel is through music videos so you should reconsider the content going away from music. As for Haley, who, imo, is the best singer on the planet, I can't keep my eyes off of her either! Not only is she a great singer but she is a fantastic stage performer and a real beauty as well. I've watched so many reactions where the reactor says things like "did you notice the drummer or did you see this or that?". NO, I didn't notice! My eyes were totally transfixed on Haley!
Please consider reacting to ANGELINA JORDAN, who is taking the internet by storm. She is a real up and comer with an amazing voice. She won Norway's Got Talent at 8 years old and her initial performance went viral worldwide. She appeared on America's Got Talent at 13 years old last January and her rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody also went viral. She recently singed with Republic Records at 14 years old as a "high priority" artist. Angelina has a huge loyal following with over 150 videos and are sure to get you thousands of views. Most of her content on her site is not copyrighted which makes it much easier to react to. Anyway, I've watched a lot of your reactions and enjoyed every one. Please reconsider getting away from music reactions. I remember on the first reaction I watched from you, you said your friend told you how to make your channel grow and it was with music!

Many reactors put filters on the video to obscure or "cartoonize". You have/will run into large fan-bases that have seen the video dozens of times. They are watching to see your reaction.
Hang in there.
Some people modify the video in some way to avoid the copyright. Distort it or stretch it or superimpose something across it. Keep it so it’s viewable but alter it enough to avoid issues.

I saw Puddles years ago, live in San Franciso after work one evening... cold. I had no idea, had never heard of him. Some friends dragged me along (not hard) I paid a small cover and settled in for cocktails at one of SF old grand hotels. He's huge. VERY tall. Watching him walk in, suitcase in hand, full clown drag - that was the first shock. What a joy his voice is.

Let me tell you why I subscribed to your channel: You do your homework! Too many 'reactors' just sit there, do nothing, and then after their videos are over, they beg for subscribers. To me you have to treat this as a job. You bring something to your audience that shows you care enough to add information you've found. THAT enriches our experience! We can watch the original video too, but in 15-30 minutes of Google, etc. you can make your videos much more interesting to us. Great work!

This is the 2nd time I’ve watched this,. I think the reason you keep watching Hailey is because she is just so damn good, and sexy, and lord can she sing. I love her and I’m female, an almost 70 year old one. No one compares to her.

The reason why you can't stop focusing on Haley is because she has the "it" factor in spades. Which is why she should sign with a big major record label ASAP. Because if she performed on network TV in front of millions of viewers the way she does on these PMJ videos, she'd be a mega star of gigantic proportions. As Haley is made for the TV cameras.
Not to mention that Haley is also an excellent song writer in her own right as well. In fact, you should react to her first live performance of her new "Roll the Dice" song she just recently released. It will literally blow you away. I really enjoy making my videos, too. I don't earn a single penny making these reactions (I actually am losing money from time lost where I could be working), so I am doing them purely for the enjoyment of myself and others. I will continue making these videos as long as UA-cam lets me. I'll keep trying to keep the copyright goblins at bay, but I am already steadfast on their radar. It's unfortunate. Avoid music videos that are "Licensed to UA-cam by SME." They're very likely to be trouble. You haven't reacted to a music video by the a cappella group Home Free. Their newer videos (2019 and later), are released under their own label and HF encourages reactions to their work. A great place to begin is HF's cover of "End of the Road" by Boyz II Men - ua-cam.com/video/-lCRFAFtj-A/v-deo.html (released 1/11/19.) Many channels post reactions to their older work, but while you're tiptoeing past the YT copyright goons, stick with the newer videos. Once you start doing HF reactions, the Home Fries will show up and subscribe. I know a lot of people requested you react to Mad World, but that is by far the worse video of all the videos Haley did with PMJ. Not to mention that I also can't stand that big ugly lug of a clown. In addition, there is nothing spectacular about their vocals either.
It is really amazing what some people will fall in love with, but this is one performance that is definitely not worthy of a reaction compared to the far better videos Haley has performed in like "Habits", which, for instance, recently went viral again and is currently generating about 2 million or more views a month.
Not to mention that her performance, along with her vocal in "Oops, I Did it Again", which is Haley's third most popular video on the PMJ UA-cam Channel, is also astronomically far better and far more interesting relative to Mad World. As her performance and her vocal in Oops is just utterly breath taking.
