Your tutorial are great really simple and detailed i have a trumatic 3000 R and if I saw your videos before i'd save a lot of time in learning Did you do a video of assembling multitool ? Regards from Marco -Italy
Hello Marco, unfortunately I didn't make a video about multi tool and I have no access to a multi tool right now. I am on a long vacation and maybe I will make one video once I get back to work. But if you are familiar with standard punching tools, for the multi tool is the same. Just be careful to set correctly punches with dies (there are numbers on the punch holder and on the die holder to help you to put punches and dies on the right positions) so only you need to do, is to set the puches and dies correctly. How to put the tool into a cartridge: For the punch holder - there is a pin on the top of the punch holder and that pin has to be pointed forward from the cartridge (this is the same like with normal single punch tool where the pin is on the alignment ring). You also need to set the punch holder into a "zero" position. - Hold the punch holder and rotate the golden gear and watch where the pin on top of the tool holder meets a small hole on the top side of the gear - there is the "zero" position. Once you have the complete tool setup, take that cartridge and flip it over and check with your eyes the shapes/ dimensions of the holes in the dies with the shapes /dimensions of the punches- it will help you to make sure, you set it up correctly. For the die holder - there is a notch in the die holder and there is a pin in the ring which holds the die holder and goes into a cartridge (so there is only one way how to put it together) Note: For example, if you have 5 station multi tool, be careful on the position of the stripper ring. I hope I helped you a bit. Good luck! Thank you Petr
Ahoj, diky za ukazky. Zrejme nejlepsi Trumpf videa, ktere koluji na UA-cam. Mohl bys podrobneji popsat sestaveni alespon zakladnich formovacich nastroju a jejich nastaveni v Trutopsu, pripadne jinem CAM SW? Diky.
Ahoj, díky moc! Jsem rád že se videa líbila. Bohužel Ti nemohu vyhovět a udělat více videí. Už nemám přístup k Trumpf strojům. Možná někdy v budoucnosti. Měj se super! :-)
this tutorial shows how we can remove or fit the tool in / from cartrige but I want to know how we can remove the tool from the punching head when the tool is placed inside the punching head? Because some time it shows the message that there is no die available in the punching head and in that case we have to remove whole tool from the punching head and put it in the cartrige back and then restart the work. So can you tell me how we can remove the tool from the punching head?
Hi dear I need some question about punch...the machine not work home position.only table work in jak mod and knives but punch does'nt work plz I won't from u to tell me what is the problem and thank you .
Hi Sir Petr we have a problem on our machine Trumatic 6000L there is a small part that stocked inside the die what should we do? can you help us? thanks~
Hello Leafs, The program carries the information about all tools which are needed. To load a programm, you justs go at the operator panel of the machine to "programming" (maybe the name is little bit different) and select the programm you want to run and then just hit the button "select programm". After that all the tools which are needed should appear on the screen. The name of the buttons can be lettle bit diferent. Unfortunately I am not at the machine (I am on long holiday) so I can not create a video about programm loading. Maybe in the future! Thank you Petr
Hello Zoddie, punch all the holes, slots, forming ect within a part and then punch or laser cut the shape of the part. The beginning / end of the main contour/shape of the part should be at the side which is the closest to the clamps. After the last stroke, setup (program) an unloading for the part (manual unloading / part chute or Sheet Master). I hope this answer helped! Cheers
@@cncmachiningtutorial1137 thanks for the help, do you think its better to use microjoints or not? is it worth the extra effort to have a unloading program between every part, instead of punching all the parts without a stop and use microjoints? in my company deburr time is high and microjoints often lead to over deburring by the operators. I'm trying to find a way to reduce this and make a better more clean part off the turret as much as possible.
@@zoddie I have always removed the part right away (no manually). For small parts (part chute) for bigger parts (SheetMaster). To program the unloading is not such a pain and it doesn't take to much time. Using microjoints/micro tabs leads to another operation = removing the parts from scrap skeleton and deburring. Maybe if you will have some serious issue to remove the parts (then I would use microjoints) Take a look at my programming video, where I am talking about programming and removing parts ect. Good luck Petr
Very Informative Video, 💐
it's very hard early 2013..
Trumpf 2020r operator here🤞
Hello Md Shareef,
I am glad you liked it.
@@cncmachiningtutorial1137 Your Most wellcome 🌹🌹.

Great video ,Professional information ...... keep going
Thank you. I am very happy you like it :-)
Thank you Petr
Hi dear friend. For cluster tools Is it necessary to specify the pressure applied to the punching machine when defining a tool in the Trutops program?

Can you punch out parts without using Microtabs, microjoints? To reduce deburr time? if so...in what order does it need to be punched?
