Hong Kong is also left hand traffic. But the Korean author Blackfox didn't apply left hand traffic.
I've been following his Neo Hong Kong series. He seemed super knowledgable about Hong Kong. Maybe he just choose to use right hand traffic because building roads with opposite direction is very very tricky.

This game has such wonkey programming and poor optimisation that you have to have a pc made of pure beefcake just to play with a handful of mods. I ran tons of mods tho, until I bought all the DLC, I had to hack my modlist down to barely anything

My jaw literally dropped at the Neo Hong Kong build. And these Japanese themed builds literally looks like you’re doing a drone flyover; the hyper realism is wonderful to see (the right handed Japanese cities are funny though). And as a filipino, I especially love the Isla Ivatan one - beautifully managed the chaotic dichotomy of having a Chinatown, a poor fishing village and a hyper modern asian capital in one Cities build.

Atsuki is amazing! The amount of detail is just insane. Unfortunately the old safe game was corrupted and ARTFX has started over and it looks really promising again! Hopefully he will spend a bit more time to it as there have been only 6 episodes in the past year

@@alienamzal477 hes got 2 adds at the end of the video and that’s it. That’s not very much money especially when his videos only get 50k views each (cause UA-cam sucks rn). He’s not benefiting very much rather than we are by this epic content, but I don’t think he cares about money so you’re probably right in that.

i feel proud that i partially gave PHTN gaming the idea of naming the Japanese city "Nishimachi" because he originally had it designed as a japanese-version of his old city of Westdale
Nishimachi being a bit of a transliteration of Westdale, name-wise!

Yes. Cinematic colour is everywhere. But realistic colour profile and attention to details are so much rarer.

Chong Kham by Palms Time is my forever favourite city. 100% same like Asean town and city. The weather setting, tree, building layout, road, highway and shop are 100% accurate like small Malaysia and Thailand town and rural area.
I’m just happy to see some variety with the Thai, Philippines and Bahrain cities. The Japanese cities are absolutely beautiful, especially how realistic they make them, but everyone does them.
It's clear that we all obviously have fascination about Japan ❤
gotta give the props to the Philippines one, it really felt like a South East Asian city, even if you're from other countries in the region you can easily say "hei that looks like my town!"

I felt like something about Cong Kham just popped out at me, like I could reach in and touch the city.
Also tho, Kobayashi just has a vibe that I love, and Neo Hong kong was beautiful.
I don't know but there's something different about the atmosphere of asian cities specifically east asian cities and southeast asian cities that makes them unique.
Good to see people use Taiwanese styled elements (e.g. buildings and props) in maps of Hong Kong, China, and Japan.

3:35 Isla Ivatan is the best ones for me. Which still reminds me of a reminiscent Davao City from the animated Netflix show, "Trese". Gosh, Asian cities are so heavenly and creative
Philippine-based Isla Ivatan details are so epic. Yep, I'm a filipino and might be biased. But really, epic details.
Seeing these cities is like seeing the Jedi Council at work 😁
Now imagine these guys collaborating on one map together, I'd pay real money to experience that!

I see that Japan is apparantly a very popular destination for Asian citybuilding. Understandable, I'm also building one. But I notice that a lot of people have gotten righthand-driving turned on. But in Japan they drive on the left side of the road
These cities are all very good! Only downside with so many mods is that the cities dont look so populated, streets are quite empty compared to my heavy traffic stuck vanilla cities :D

cyberpunk HK is stunning 🤤 and one pinoy city is surprisingly attractive, and its Chinatown corner reminiscence to Taipei
They are all cool, but my favourite asian city for some reason was not on the list! It is city by Sakura Nation CS - Kyu Shigai! Not only that the city is really nicely made but detailing is so on point that he was supposed to be in top 5 !!!!
You need to add more general shots of the city not just zoom ins. If you do that the video would gain much more.

As someone who has visited the Philippines, Isla Ivatan is ABSOLUTELY accurate.

I'm playing vanilla on ps4 and was wondering why so many of those modded towns have barely any cars and people in it?
My little 30k town is full of life. Thousands of cyclists and masses running in and out of transport hubs.
Why is that? Do those modded towns use loads of assets that look nice but don't really add people or jobs?
I am sure this would be a piece of evergreen content which would be slow to pick up but last for a long time due to search volumes
I am not sure if a video on this has already been made or suggested, but could you try to build or showcase some south Asian or Indian cities? It would definitely be a challenge!

These are gorgeous, it's a shame some of the cities look like ghost towns. Barely any traffic or pedestrians in some of these fly overs. But there are a few that truly look alive, the overall aesthetic of all these is just beautiful.
