This is a great video! I have been considering moving to Saskatoon from Toronto. I visited once for work for a short stint but even in the winter I liked the city and was pleasantly surprised. I'm going to visit in the summer and get a better feel for the city. For all the people in the comments saying you're not showing the roughest parts of town, no one does unless they're making a documentary on poverty. Thanks for the video!
I did the opposite. I now live in Toronto and love it! Saskatoon will always be beautiful to me and home!

Is it dangerous to live in Saskatoon? Like what are the tips to be safe? Is there a time to be indoors instead of outside? Cause I have visited Regina two times and you don't want to be out once it starts getting dark.
Like any city on Earth, use your common sense and you’ll be fine.
@@Hadlen I had in mind that for example in Toronto and the GTA people can go out for evening strolls. In Regina that's not possible

I moved to Saskatoon from Vancouver for 6 months for a job. I hated it so much that I quit, just to leave the town. It was insanely cold, boring and small. The Asian food sucked, particularly .
Vancouver is better in every way except cost of living. Weather, sushi prices, transit costs, and food variety are all superior in Vancouver.
It's unfortunate that your memory of Saskatoon is negative. There are definitely many positive things about Saskatoon
In life everything comes in classes. There are equally people who would never find Vancouver lively compared to the cities they’ve been raised and have always lived. Whereas unlike you, Saskatoon might be the best and the most fun place to be to someone who has always lived in another town smaller than Saskatoon.
That's not saskatoon bud, all your shots are of the same few acres down by river landing, why not show the other 99% of Saskatoon?

The West side of Saskatoon, you know, alphabet soup?
...smoke and mirrors people, it's a nice city , but for a small city it's it has some serious squalor going on in big numbers. Crimes rates per capita are near the worst in Canada.
