Kashmir Sapphire colour is CORN FLOWER BLUE OR VALVET BLUE OR PICKOK NECK BLUE .Very very dark blue can not be considered KASHMIR SAPPHIRE.

Ive seen many Burma sapphires that blow that stone away a hundred times over, some Ceylon and Cambodian sapphires as well, madegascar is right up there with some stunning material also, Kashmir might have the top name but its not always the best sapphire ,not even close
