Love all the bunny designs (and your videos....so fun!!)!! Thanks for giving away my Floss Inn!!
Another fun video. I store my DMC on bobbins in the double sided box. Non bobbinated in a zip log bag or in the bag when I purchased them. Fanny floss well that’s another story. Have a wonderful stitchy weekend
Love your videos! The creative ways you finish items is inspiring. Plus your friendly and casual. 😀
So glad you’re feeling good enough to get some stitching in, Chelsea. Love Ronnie’s shirt. She is so stinking cute! I gotta say, I love the finishing you did, Pricilla, for the darling Home project. I LOVE your finish. You are so creative!! I keep my DMC floss in the Stitch Bow system. My fancy floss is stored the tall storage files that way Vonna instructed in her tutorial. Have a great stitching week.
Great video you both always make me smile - so glad there's other people who quilt and stitch - your work is lovely. I bobbinate my DMC and keep in those DMC bobbin boxes - my fancy floss I keep individually in floss away bags and keep on rings in alphabetical name order separated out by make. Happy stitching!
You two get me smiling a mile wide! I just really looove your videos! 😍😍
💘 LOVE YOUR NEW SHIRTS!! I still bobbinate (most of the time)and sometime use floss away bags too! You both are so blessed to have each other to share ALL crafty things!! HAPPY STITCHING TODAY AND EVERYDAY!!
Another hilarious video! You never fail to make me laugh!
Great video. I store my floss in plastic bobbins, inside a cute cabinet that my step grandfather built for me. It has several drawers with dividers, so the colors are all filed by number. It is awesome, works great for me. Love Ronnie’s shirt.
A great video.
Can't wait to see more of that Farm Truck on the black fabric, so stunning.
Marilyn
My floss is all on bobbins and stored in the old plastic fishing tackle boxes. Love them all in one place. Thanks for all the tips. Wish we lived closer so we could stitch together. You two are so inspirational! Have a good week. Saw the bands were missing on Chelsea’s wrists.....yea!
I store my floss every way, stitch bows, floss away bags, and bobbins. Not sure I can handle another method. Thanks for cheering me up each week. Love your stitching, go Chelsea, and finishing, that is all you I know Priscilla. I am trying to get some old WIPs finished so I can join in with some of these new things. Ronnie in her shirt adorable.
Great video today! Look forward to them each week...my hubby dreads them though. Says it costs him.😊 I store my floss on bobbins in a drawer unit that we modified just for my floss. Lined the drawers with felt and strips of wood to create rows sized for the bobbins...actually they're sized for these gorgeous felt bobbins from a kit of sewing staple dies from PapertreyInk that I got years ago. Another project to someday finish...felt bobbins.😊
Another great video. Love your projects.
I put DMC threads on bobbins! I store the bobbins in plastic bobbin cases. The fancy floss I hang on rings by company & store them in drawers. I love to watch you two! You have so much fun together!
I bobbinate my floss and then put the bobbins in numerical order in a tackle box that I've had for over 30 years...Love it, and love your videos!!!
U 2 always put a smile on my face doing your great videos. I'm stitching the chicken in The Prairie Schooler, Barnyard Christmas. My floss is where ever I last put it down. I have no organization. That floss organizer looks great. Chelsea your baby bump is adorable. Thank you for letting us into your home. Stitching Rules!
Love your video today! The new shirts are so cute, and Ronnie looks adorable. Chelsea, the baby bump is so cute! Can’t wait to hear what you are having!
I use floss away bags and then hold them in gift boxes for each projects.
Love the shirts 😍💘
Another great video. How I store my floss is in snack size bags with index card with the number on it and then lined up in the plastic drawers my hubby found at walmart and in the boxes that have the flip up lid from JoAnn's, Michael's or wherever. Happy Stitching ladies!!
Another great video! I just want to thank Priscilla for mentioning The Goode Huswife Crow Patterns a few episodes ago. I ordered them and just received them in the post (all the way to Australia!!). Can't wait to stitch them. Also, like you Priscilla, I am a bit of a floss tosser during the project but happy to tidy them up at completion.
Love watching you girls every Saturday! My floss is stored in snack size ziplock bags and when I'm working on a project, all the snack size bags are stored in a quart sized ziplock.
Love the new matching shirts, especially Ronnie’s! My DMC is wound on DMC bobbins, stored in a plastic snap lid bins that are divided into compartments. I organize them into color families, in DMC numerical order within the color family. I leave my over-dyed floss on the hang tags they come on, in plastic bags, also in color families. That cherry print floss bag looks really great.
Thank you for sharing as always. I store my threads (bobbinated) in plastic bins. I use smaller cases for my projects.
You guys are cute. Thanks. Watching you is always enjoyable. I store my floss on the bobbins and in the plastic boxes. My fancy floss is on a ring. I just kind of pull out what I need and keep the project together in a plastic envelope that Jen mentioned on her video on Jen's Stitching Niche. I learn from all of you. 😀
I store my DMC on bobbins and then in floss organizer boxes. My fancy floss I store in the Floss Away bags. Love your videos!
Love your weekly updates and seeing your finishes! I keep my floss on bobbins but it always is a work in progress...
Another week another great video! I adore both of you! Wish y’all would do some tutorials on finishing and quilting! You both are so amazing! Thank you both for sharing all that you do every week! ❤️
I keep my floss skeins as is and store them with DMC Stitch Bows in large binders. When I'm using specific colors, I put all the needed stitch bows in a small fabric zip bag that goes into my project bag. For already cut floss, I try using little floss zip bags or a floss minder. Love your videos, you two are so cute!
I am addicted to the 2 of you! Absolutely amazing work. My mom is finally interested bc of you 2!
I store my floss on a bobbin thrown into a zip lock bag, nothing fancy and far from organized lol
So any cute projects! I especially like Chelsea's truck finish and the baby blanket. I use Tricia the left-handed stitcher’s envelope method to store my floss for each project. Easy, cheap and no bobbinating for me! I use photo boxes from Michael’s to store my complete DMC inventory using baggies from Dollar Tree using Tricia's great tips.
I use floss away bags. Love those project bags! Great video too!
You ladies are amazing! My DMC is organized using the StitchBows and binders. I don't have much "fancy floss". What I do have is currently stored in a zip lock bag. I also use a spreadsheet to keep track of all my floss, fabric, and patterns.
Your chicken truck turned out so cute! My older floss is stored on bobbins in a double-sided Plano plastic box that was sold in the toy section at WalMart 15 years ago for Hot Wheels cars. My newer floss is in various ziplock bags either kitted up with projects or waiting to be sorted.
DMC and Anchor is all on floss bobbins in their boxes. My GAST, Weeks, and CC are stored on rings in Floss-a-way bags. Love your videos. Thanks!!
Always enjoy your videos - you two are just so "real" about your lives - no pretense and that is great! I store my DMC in one of those little boxes with sections. I have several. And of course, I store it in the bag from Joann's!
Ronnie is the absolute best😊. I ❤️your ideas they are awesome for people, like me, who do not have the creative gene. I store my floss in a fish tackle box.
I store my Floss in binders inside zip lock baggies each baggy is numbered and placed in order. Love all your videos!!
I store my floss in the floss bags then in boxes, great idea for the floss organiser!
Love your videos and your new shirts! Especially Ronnie’s😊. I wind my floss on cardstock floss cards and store it in plastic boxes made to fit the cards.
Love your baby bump!! Floss storage for me is bobbins in the plastic storage boxes. But for my HAED projects, I use a different method - plastic bag for each color with an index card that shows the symbol. I’m always thinking of a more efficient method! Thanks for sharing!!
I love the new shirts. Love watching your videos. I store my floss in DMC binders.
You are such an inspiration to us all. Thank you. I store my threads on bobbins.
Hello! I use floss away bags. A color per bag. I have a mule chest that all of my flosses and fabrics go in!
Love you ladies!!!
Nice new Spring shirts! It was 80 here yesterday, then about 50 today! Fun, fun, fun. Hugs 🤗❣️
Love your videos! Always make me smile. Floss away bags and bobbin boxes for me x
I keep my floss on bobbins and in a two sided box. Love your videos.
I store my floss on white bobbins in a plastic sectioned box, several of them. I love your videos, and am an old cross stitcher from long ago, and all your stitchong has inspired me to pull out my 20 year plus old wips, but now I have to buy all the new patterns. I just bought autumn chalk for the home, love, love the sunflowers. I am in Maryland.
I store my floss wound on bobbins with the DMC number labels in plastic boxes. You two are fantastic!
Fabulous project bags. Love all of your finishes and it's great to see you doing some stitching now Chelsea.I store my threads on cardboard bobbins and always renew after the skein has finished. They are in a bobbin container. Not sure that I like the kinks in the thread though getting towards the end of the bobbin.
Love the new shirts!, I store my floss on bobbins and store them in the clear floss boxes! It’s always fun to see what you are working on. My wish list just keeps growing. What a cute baby bump!! It’s exciting to hear your baby updates
I store my floss randomly. Floss I haven’t used yet are in bags. Once used I bobbin them and keep what’s left in totes.
You two are so fun to watch! I store my DMC in the big double sided craft bin. My specialty threads are in separate craft bins sorted by color. I don't bobbin them, just lay them in the sections as best I can.
You two are such fun! My floss storage started as a conglomerate in an old fruitcake tin, then progressed to the braided or looped over some kind of ring or drop stage, moved into paper envelopes, and finally landed in snack storage bags (when they got really cheap!) with a piece of cardstock to keep them upstanding. My DMC has a small 3-drawer chest to live in, some of the lesser used flosses are in plastic drawers, and most of the rest are happy in a very eclectic collection of the pretty photo storage boxes from Jo-Ann’s, Michael’s, etc. l have a fiber problem.
Great video! Ronnie’s shirt......😂 ❤️❤️
Ronnie with her shirt and face cracked me up! I’m totally binge watching the previous episodes!
I store my floss on bobbins and in the plastic organizers. Thanks for sharing!
Love your videos!! I store my floss in the small baggies for beads that you get out of the jewelry department at hobby lobby. I have some in the snack size ziplock bags too. Then they are all put in one big baggie with the project.
I organize my floss mostly in Floss Away bags on a large metal ring for each project.
Love Chelsea’s baby bump and Ronnie’s tee shirt. I’ve been quilting for years and like seeing how excited you both are with yours. If you use the walking foot, I think you will really like it.
For my BAPs, I bobbinate and number my floss and store it in DMV floss boxes in numerical order. For smalls, it depends on how much floss is involved how much work I will do to store it. Sometimes I use the DMC horse head floss organizers/palettes, sometimes I just leave as skeins and pull out what I need and then just store in a baggie. My extra floss aka hoard I just store in large Ziploc marked by number (ex, one bag for 900s, one for 500s). Love the shirts! Ronnie looks great! And I really love the truck Chelsea made in the tea dyed fabric instead of the chalkboard. It looks beautiful on either fabric. And, as usual, it's another fabulous finish, Priscilla!
I love that floss organizer! I want it!
I store my floss, mostly in snack baggies, but also on bobbins. I’m am ADD so it is difficult to be consistent about anything. I love all the barnyard and chicken fabric!!
Loved the video as usual, can’t wait to see Brair Rabbit stitched, I may just have to track that down. My floss is mainly on bobbins in the double sided boxes but each project has its floss in its project bag. Fancy floss is stored on rings in organza drawstring bags so I can see them all. Lol you both look ready for spring in your new shirts! ✨🤩✨
Right now I store my floss on bobbins in plastic boxes. Love your videos!!
Another fun video. I store my floss in Floss Away bags.
You girls are Best! Thanks for the shout out to my shop! It is hard to compete with the internet shop so any help is so much appreciated. I received a few comments from my Stitcher's who told me I was famous now that you have talked about me on you floss tube! Priscilla -my threads only when I'm stitching is a birds nest!
Love the video. I look forward each to them! I put DMC on bobbins in case. Have hard time returning to organizing after projects. The specialty threads I hang on Wall with antique shick razor display rack.
OH i wish i,d found you a long time ago ! You two are fabulous together and i will watch all your previous videos .You remind me of the bond i have with my daughter .Love your shirts ,the dog ,s one is so sweet too .looking forward to seeing more of you ,bye for now from a new viewer from the U.K .
Great Video - Love all of your Finishes - Quilting - WIPS. I just love watching you two. I love Chickens and Rabbits - they are so cute!
I am a Reader too - I love to Read!
Happy Stitching - Happy Quilting
I look forward to your videos each week. You two crack me up. I store my floss in a plastic DMC bobbin case. Now that I use project bags, I am trying to figure out the best way to handle multiple projects needing the same floss, esp. white and black.
Love all THREE of the shirts! Laughed out loud at the "pierce your nose and let it hang"!!! I store my bobbinated floss in an oak chest with a handle that my dad made many years ago. Enjoy you girls so much!
I should be more organized as I have been stitching for 45 years. I store my flosses on little cardboard bobbins in the plastic compartment trays that have been around forever. I make a new box for each project, or a shared box if there aren't many colors. I have drawers of DMC threads that aren't being used currently, and they are in no particular order at all. This makes it hard to find the threads I do need! I have recently started using more overdyed fibers, and they are completely unorganized at this point. Thanks for another great video--Chelsea, my daughter was also blessed with slimness and it was amazing to watch her 'grow' with each of her two sons. I am very happy for your and your entire family. It is a treat to watch both of you and your pup(s). Have a lovely week, Sue T.
I use bobbins and floss bags for storage. :) you girls are to fun to watch.
great finishes! thanks for another wonderful video :)
Loved your video girls, as always! I store my floss in floss away bags.
I store my floss on bobbins and placed in plastic box. As always, love your videos
Love Ronnie's matching shirt, so cute! I store my floss in plastic bags sort of like Priscilla LOL
Great video, ladies! I have some of the same fabric with the red truck on it to make project bags out of. I just have to find time! I would like to find some of the barn wood fabric. Love the idea of stitching the red truck separately as an ornament. I store my floss in snack-sized zipper baggies. Each baggie has an index card in it that has the floss brand, floss number, and color name on it. I then store the baggies in numerical order in photo boxes that I bought at Michaels. When I need floss, I just take a skein out of it’s baggie and, either put in a floss away bag on a ring, or put it directly onto a ring with all the other floss for that project. Happy stitching!
Ladies, ladies, ladies!! OMGosh how I look forwaard to you both! 😁 I store my floss in flossaway bags and file them in cute photo boxes. Works for me!! Have a great week! 💕💕💕
I use both bobbins and floss bags. Just bought an organizing box and 250 bobbins to get all of them stored in one place. But, the Floss Inn organizer looks waaaay better. Heading to her site now.
My floss used to be all organized on bobbins in a plastic case. Now my floss is just tossed in a Rubbermaid bin and there is no organization at all 😬 . I’m just having way too much fun stitching to worry about my floss 👍🏻😜. Thanks for the inspiration ladies 🙌🏻. Happy stitching.
Hi Ladies! Great video again. I store my floss in floss away bags. Seems to work the best for me. Nice shirts! :) Ronnie looks lovely also.
Hi! I just discovered flosstube and y'all were one of the first I began to watch! I am relatively new to xstitch and have loved watching. I currently store my floss on bobbins and in the plastic containers you can get at Hobby Lobby. Nothing fancy, but I'm still learning the best practices and habits (and growing my collection, too!).
Thank you again for such cool videos. I like to store my floss in snack baggies which i number and then put them in plastic containers which are shoes storage boxes. lt is easy for me to find the floss i need and see out many skeins i have in each color.
I store my floss in floss away bags then file them in plastic drawer bins. I'll be showing them in a future Flosstube video. Love the finishes and changes to your finishes :)
Hey Chelsea, I also have “an assortment” of chickens. Aren’t they fun? Love the chicken patterns, I will have to go look up the ones you mentioned. LHN has some cute ones - Hen Party comes to mind. Keep posting, I enjoy them. PS, I just converted my floss from the LoRan cards to flossaway or snack baggies numerically in photo boxes. I am very happy with this method, because it’s easy to find any one color and easy to add to the baggie when I finish with floss
I store my floss in a double sided floss box bobbinated and then I have a Joann’s bag full of skeins that are not yet wound.
Fancy floss is in floss away bags. Love your new shirts and Ronnie’s also.
Great video! I store my DMC and Anchor on bobbins. Fancy floss on rings in decorative storage boxes. I only have a few specialty threads and they are in a small box. I did buy the box that holds all the DMC in one, and I love it!
I currently store my DMC in a tackle box and my "fancy floss" is stored in "Floss-A-Way" bags.
I love your videos! Thanks so much!
Love the bunny charts! Currently, I store my floss in bags.
I store my dmc floss on bobbins, "fancy" floss in floss bags. Love you and your videos!
I store my floss on bobbins in a plastic box organizer for floss...but sometimes...while I am in a project or two it looks pretty chaotic!!! Love your videos!!
Mostly bobbins. Your videos are the bomb!!!!
You look great Chelsea! Such a cute bump! Awesome video as always ladies x
Wonderful as always..love your variety. I store my threads the way Pyrex Stitcher showed on her video. For projects I use thread cards if I use new DMC or Fancy Floss or if I’m using older threads up some of them are on stitch bows...the one thing I don’t do is bobbinate. I would love to give this new system a try.
Like always I love you both. Your work is great. I store my floss in little plastic bags and they are in an Räskog from Ikea.
You give me ideas and inspiration every week. Congrats on the baby bump Chelsea! I store my DMC floss on bobbins in a double-sided organizer. My fancy floss kinda floats around with no real organization...always looking for ways to clean them up though! Thanks for your lovely, funny videos every week. :)
Love your videos ladies. I store my floss on bobbins and I have an old sewing chest that my hubby revamped for me that holds a full dmc set.
As always loved your video. I use floss bags on a metal ring. The floss storage wrap looks really neat. Would love to give it a try.
I store my floss in snack zip lock bags with the brand and color written on them with sharpie pens! I dont know of any other way since i am a newbee to cross stitch. i am a quilter!!
love your flosstube videos and hope you keep them coming!!
