Those vintage ornaments for the baby’s room would make a cute quilted mobile to hang over baby’s bed. Lets get this baby introduced to stitching immediately!

I usually get my goodies at Michaels or Online from Amazon! I mostly knit but you Ladies have inspired me to Stitch again-- I was an avid stitcher in my twenties and always had many different crafty things to do throughout my life! Love all Needleworker!

I shop mostly with Beach Cottage Stitchers, Shepherd's Bush, and 123 Stitch. I have ordered from Stitches and Things as well and had good experiences with them.
Thank you both for giving your time and sharing your talents. Just another reason to look forward to Saturday's!

I always look forward to watching your videos on Saturday afternoons. I sit and stitch, or at least try but usually I am to busy looking and pausing to take pictures of your wonderful finishes. I like spending my stitchy money at The Stitching Post in Catonsville, Maryland, Down Sunshine Lane, and the Fat Quarter Shop. I just hearing the mailman pull into my driveway because I know it's a package full of goodies.

I love to shop online. I shop 123 stitch, Etsy, Michaels, Joanns, Hobby Lobby and yes even HSN. So happy for you both. I remember the excitement of a new baby in our home. There is nothing like it. You have inspired me to quilt. I was going to hire someone to make a quilt out of my daughter's special clothing items. She passed away February 8th 2015. However I think I will give it a go. Thanks for the smile you give me each week.

Love all the extra baby things you have been working on. The crochet blanket with bee is precious and the receiving blankets with crocheted cotton trim, so sweet. Still doing amazing cross stitch as well. Maybe a project bag or two would be nice, just saying. That red chicken and egg fabric is calling Chelsea's name. Such wonderful gifts you receive. That's because all of us without the perfect family and home are excited to escape into your house for a few minutes once a week. Thanks for sharing it all.

Still enjoy your videos and always look forward to them. Closest LNS is about 45 minutes away, but carries very very little cross stitch and nothing new, all old patterns. So, I order mostly from 123 Stitch and Down Sunshine Lane. Thank you for your time in making these videos for all of us to enjoy. Glad you are up to stitching again Chelsea.

The truck looks so great on that tea dyed fabric! I usually spend my stitchy money at 123 stitch. I save for a few months and then blow it on a big spree. My favorite way to spend my stitchy cash is on the rare occasion I find supplies and patterns at garage sales!

I hadn't cross stitched anything for years, but this last August my mom had surgery in Omaha, NE, so I went home to stay with her and help out. She told me to go check out this cross stitch shop down the street. Turned out to be Julie McConnell's Reflections shop! I didn't know about Floss tube though until I got back to Denver and started going to A Stitching Shop in Lakewood, CO! They told me all about Floss tube and you guys and then I saw Julie on here, etc. Now, i am stitching everyday! I'm addicted to watching all of you talented people and stitching! Anyway, TFS and Congratulations, Chelsea!

The two of you are so much fun to watch! I absolutely love everything both of you are working on. (I can see my stash growing!). I shop online quite a bit, since I don't have any local craft stores. 123 stitch, Down Sunshine Lane, Ye Olde Stitchery are some of my favorites...and I am dying to go to the Stitching Bee in Green Bay (WI). Told my hubby we are making a trip very soon! Hope you both stay warm and have a great stitchy week!

It is about 45 mins away, so I also do quite a bit on online purchasing...The Silver Needle, Down Sunshine Lane, and 123 Stitch. 😍 Love all the baby goodies and quilts! I always said it too...I'm NEVER gonna do it! But I'll be darned, you ladies are making it very difficult to resist!!! Have a happy stitchy week! ~Jen

Oh my gosh. So I just went to the closest LYS to me. I hadn’t been there for at least 5 years and it was just like walking into a candy store. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed cross stitch and looking for new things to stitch up. And I bought 2 projects wahoo! My LYS is is Shepard’s Bush in Ogden Utah. It’s about a 1 hour drive south from my house. The store is packed full of all things cross stitch and its employees are very helpful. Definitely a must stop if you are in the area. Thank you again ladies for all your inspiration. So excited to start stitching again.

My closest LNS is 2 hours away - just went on Thursday - ABC Stitch Therapy and 3 Stitches in Spring, Texas. And Priscilla, yes you can stitch on Vinyl....just put down a piece of painter's tape just to the left of your stitch line.....it keeps your presser foot going - then just peal it off and use on your next bag - for the bags it's no big deal even if you do stitch on it because that stitching line will be covered up - it can be a challenge to get the tape off if you stitch it! Learned that from someone on the internet several years ago - so try it - I promise it works!

Don't get to my LNS very often, maybe twice a year, but last time I was there...it happened to be the same weekend that the Midwest Cross Stitchers Retreat, hosted by Farm Gir,l was going on, and I got to meet some of our online celebrities from flosstube! I just started ordering from Three Owl Threads Facebook shop...wanted to try my hand at some Soda Stitch designs I knew my daughter would love, and she's , I believe, currently the only US distributor. Goodness! You certainly have a lot of comments to read Chelsea. Thanks for another great video, and thanks for all the time you put into Flosstube sharing your stitching with us. Both your quilts are lovely, and you both stand accused of enabling me to try a simple quilt.
Priscilla, you’ve mentioned a couple of times that it seems to you when you dye Monaco with Rit, as opposed to tea and coffee, that it shrinks somehow. I just finish Forest Snowfall last night. I dyed the piece of 28 ct Monaco I was using with Rit, and I was having some problems at times finding the holes. When I took it off the Q Snap, I compared it with a piece of Monaco I had tea and coffee dyed. I put them both under a magnifier, with an Ott lamp underneath. The Rit dyed piece had random areas where the holes had almost closed, kind of felted. The holes on the tea and coffee dyed piece were consistent and open. Not conclusive proof, but definitely in line with what you have observed. I’m going to dye a piece of lugana with Rit and see what happens. It’s a mix of cotton and artificial fibers, so it may not react the same as Monaco, which is all cotton. Thanks again!

Thank you for your sharing today! Sadly we don’t have dedicated cross stitch LNS anymore in San Diego but there is Needlenook in La Jolla that has a super wide variety of floss, threads and fibers. Needlecraft Cottage in Pacific Beach although focused on knitting fibers is an authorized Dealer for one of the wholesalers for Nordencrafts. You’ve probably been to these places, Priscilla. The rest I do online and I spread my love between the usuals, Etsy shops, designer online shops, and yes, EBay, when I feel the “must have” bug. Thanks again..

No LNS here in the Atlanta area, so I usually shop at 123 Stitch, Cross Stitch Felicity, or Stitch and Frog online. I was lucky enough to visit Needle In A Haystack in Alameda, CA several times while my son was in school in Berkeley. Love that place!

Sadly I don't have a LNS. But 123 stitch and everything cross stitch have both been happy to take my money since you ladies reintroduced cross stitching into my life (and budget!) :-)

Just started "Bessie" from Little House Needleworks. First piece I've stitched in a couple of years. You've inspired me to think outside of the traditional frame for finishing. Found my chart on-line at Everything CrossStitch.

As always, I really enjoyed your video. In the past, when I stitched so much I loved this local shop called "The Stitching Post". But now, around here (Winston-Salem, NC) there are very few shops. So, 123 Stitch is where I get most of my stuff.
