The inner light idea is awesome :-)! I'm working on a physics project trying to rotate a planet around the Sun. Do you, by any chance, have a video which shows how to do that? Ty in advance.
create a null on the center of your sun called like "planet orbit" or something and then just make your planet (which is reasonably distant from your sun) a child of that null. then you can animate the "planet orbit" null rotation to revolve your planet around your sun.
@@EthanBerkey Yooo dude thanks a lot :-)! I already got my planet rotating I'll work with sun and "gravitational" pull tomorrow. Will tell to you how it goes!
really great video, good job !
Really appreciate the tutorial. I'm a begineer at 3D modeling and I'd like to do a short animation about Mars. This is very helpful!!
i was trying to mimic this using vray render and it was such a pain trying to figure out how to make the atmosphere material but i figured it out
thanks for sharing dude, keep it up!
stay awesome!
Thank you, done XD

Thanks, I made a photorealistic Earth with this!
Love you, man. Great tut.
fantastic tutorial. any tips on how to achieve this with redshift? when I switch from standard to redshift the atmosphere effect totally disappears.

no problem :) awesome ya let me know.
@@EthanBerkey Hey bud I did it :-D! The planet is rotating around the sun and it looks dope.
@@klaus4484 sounds great! let me know if you need help with anything else.
