Hey Julia! I also have the perfect pot and find sometimes it loses its non-stick properties, but if you give it a good clean with a baking soda and water paste, it seems to revamp it and give it a new life. It's worked for me most times 😊❤🌻Thanks for the delicious meal inspo this week!

Loved this video so much. It is reminiscent of the Julia of a year or 2 ago... just in your element cooking delicious food that makes you happy! I was reminded that you were the one who turned me on to pickled red onions, and I am eating them while watching. So so good! As you said, garlic is life... so are onions. ❤

The same here in Nicaragua doesn't have any maple syrup 😑 so whenever I go back to the state, I stuff Maple syrup in my suitcase 😅

9:07 you we’re trying to say aloo palak (ah-loo pah-luk) which aloo means potato and palak means spinach. So it’s a spinach potato curry
Yes exactly!! But what I meant by that is it would be a thicker green curry sauce like an aloo palak! ( not saying it’s actually one in terms of the ingredients ) ☺️

Could someone pls explain the comment about the dna being in the coconut milk?? Lol I need to know.
basically the coconut milk can exploded on her arm so some of her “dna” was mixed with the coconut milk that was on her arm! she added those splooshes of coconut milk from her arm into the pot so that’s basically what she meant :)
