It's nice to see another channel introduce taking care of a catch using ike jime, with the bleeding, braining, and destruction of the spinal chord. I hope the practice spreads. Thanks for taking the time to share the message!
Been using several types of jigs here in the Florida Keys including the 240 JYG STRYKE - lots of Grouper and Mutton Snapper. Good job with the video. Keep up the informative style and technique type videos.
@@jygprofishing I live in Auburn, Alabama however and mulast deep sea adventure was the 4 day Iron Man on the Yankee Capts. 🤯. Will get down to Orange Beach later this year.
That really was one excellent instructional video, technical excellence, well done. Anyone getting into slow pitch should follow his approach….I’ve been a charter skipper for 30 years
quality video, tons of information, and Nice Groups! what more can you ask for in a video, great job guys. What model Ocea Jigger was that you were using?
JYG I fish a lot in 300-1300 feet in Culebra best jigs ever Awesome to see you know Japanese way ikijime to Preserve quality of fish Respect 💯next level
Greetings from curacao. Applause for those catch. An I know the brand and model type of the jig use to catch the groupers and those light green smal jigs used to catch the snapper at the end of your video ?
Trying jigging the first time next year on a headboat. My question is it feasible to throw some dead chum out to get them more in the vicinity and increase the bite while jigging? Trying to max catch while fishimg. I see others throw live bait etc so couldn't this be the same concept? Thanks in advance.
You can, but you will be targeting fish closer to the bottom and your chum won’t get down, as well when you are jigging you are looking for a reaction bait and bait acts completely different

@@jygprofishing ok water will be around 100 feet. Was looking at 30lb braid with a 40 lb flourocarbon leader is that usually within specs?
@ yes, I would personally use 50lb fluoro instead especially on that depth
Nice content.
What phase of moon you choose to go fishing???
when you're catching fish and releasing them, are you using a descending device or venting them?
What rod is that? I like the end of it
Pickle realizing how deep that gag ate the stryke😂
What weight jig do you recommend for 60 ft of water

Merhaba Türkiyedeyim jig gönderir misiniz denemek için?
👍👍👍🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿🇩🇿
There is a flaw in the concept. It's not using the full potential of the rod to fight the fish.
