I’ve been a musician for pretty much my whole life, and I would say that 5 years of music study gets you the same progress as a few months of crochet. I’m trying to get more into pretty much all the other things on this list, too. This was a great video!

I just realised that I'm not lazy just broke😭😭 I literally have no money at all for anything other than necessities like food etc. If I had a lot of money I'd paint, play the guitar, the piano, crochet, make jewellery and all of the other creative hobbies out there. Also everything is so expensive in my country that even buying a digital camera or a guitar is impossible for me right now. I hope that in 2024 that'll change and I'll have some extra money for my hobbies🙏
Cool idea: if your and artist or interested in art and you already have a scrapbook, try adding your drawings into your scrapbook! Even if you’re bad at art you can make it look good with all the decorations and stickers! ❤ I personally use my sketchbook as a scrapbook and “memory book” because you can do anything you want with your sketchbook. Just a fun idea :)

At first you might think it's hard and you need to practice a little bit, but most patterns consist of a few basic stitches and you can make basically anything. Also gifts. Another thing I like is pottery, but this one is not something you can do so easily unfortunately because you need a special oven to finish your pieces. I wish I had one or knew someone so I could do pottery more often. DIY bowls and mugs also make great gifts. Lastly, I agree with the thing about Instagram comments. I've noticed as well that they are often so toxic. Like no one asked? Why are you being so rude??? But I'm so glad that this community is so much more supportive! Happy new year everyone!

I learned the basics from lil things crochet then moved onto making things from emt studis and now I'm working on a granny square Minecraft heart blanket for valentines day for my partner!! A recommendation I would give you for crochet is to learn the loops, like half double crochet, double crochet, and slip-stitch. So when you watch the videos you just follow the pattern.

I started crochet like around the end of last year omg it sounds so wierd saying that but I will tell you I am honestly in love with crochet I'm still a beginner but I'm hoping to maybe do sm more projects and improve this year! Hi! Thank you so much for this video it has really inspired me to be more creative! In exchange I thought i might offer a little bit of advice on guitar since I've been playing it since I was eight. Honestly do not start with riffs, in my opinion you will becomes down heartened because it will seem like there's no improvement. First you want to practise songs that are in easy keys (aka C or G) with easy chords and focus on making them as clear as possible by ensuring that you are pressing hard enough. This is the stage that takes the most times, months to years really, but its key for learning the fretboard and strengthening your fingers. When it has becomes more comfortable to hold these chords and you can form some from muscle memory, thats when it may be time to move into bar chords and riffs. Of course its different for everyone but thats what i have found. Hope that helps!!

@@jagu5889 Mine is a canon powershot and it has a ton of storage. You could probably also find a digital camera with a good amount of storage from Goodwill and other thrift stores too. Idk a ton about cameras, but I hope this helps :)

You should get a Woobles kit for crocheting it helped me a lot and there are step by step videos that you can see their hands way better.
