suggestion: put pink/magenta carpet over the top of each of the magenta glazed terracotta blocks, so that only the arrows you intend for people to see are visible, and the room looks a bit less busy overall (not sure what to suggest for the arrows on the back of each block, as pink/magenta banners are less subtle than carpets, and might contribute to lag in a similar way to item frames?) love the exhibit, and I couldn't think of anything you've missed :D
Actually, the arrows on the back are pointing in the same direction as the arrows on the front, so it makes sence to keep them visible. But I agree with the carpets on top of the blocks.
Someone should put together a playlist of just the museum episodes once this is completed because this is such an interesting project that would be so satisfying to watch from start to finish
I feel like the floor pattern kinda got lost under the exhibit itself, so what if you do the floor as the under texture of the crafting table, which I know it's just basic planks, but then you do the ceiling as the top texture. This would actually make it feel as if you are walking into the crafting table itself. BTW I love your videos! I'm so happy you exist!!
the fact that the first season of the survival guide is ending with a museum build, right before a game changing update is oddly perfect, seems like you are immortalising the history of Minecraft before the update that will change the way we play so drastically. this survival guide is amazing, and has continuously brought me back to this incredible game
You could have smelting recipes displayed in the furnace if you leave one smelted item in the output slot and put one in the input slot, if you dont add any fuel it will stay like that.
Stone tools and weapons are made from coble stone. Maybe that is a nice transition from the tools room next door? Put a wither skeleton there holding a stone sword? Maybe add a lava block and ice to picture how stone can be made? Maybe that could be used to show how stone naturally is generated in the world? Adds a historic touch to the museum, which seems very appropriate.
TIL that you can craft diorite, andesite and granite. I love that I'm still learning stuff from this series even as a person who's played minecraft for years
also another room idea is a room with item frames of tools with every single type of enchantment like a wooden sword with fire aspect, a trident with channeling, and armor with prot1. also have like all the different levels of enchantments. this might take a while but it would be super cool. i hope you will take this idea into account.
You have done a QnA on episodes 101,202,303. How about for episode 404 you finish the founders forge project and all the other projects you currently haven't finished in the world. Just thinking would make a fantastic episode
I don't think he will as 1. Most of his audience watches him because of java guide 2. He isn't too comfortable and don't properly understand bedrock mechanics and it has taken years for him to understand java properly. 3. There are already youtubers with bedrock guide. That would be cheaty as they are pixl's friends. I recommend 1. SilentWhisperer for farm tutorials And a lot of technical stuff 2. Eckosoldier for beta reviews (no.1 also does beta reviews but I like to watch both as they have different styles and thus more informative) 3. FoxyNoTail for his various free datapacks for bedrock 4. BluJay and Prowl for their Bedrock Survival Guide (it's not completely multiplayer) 5. I rely on Toycat for information on social media by developers 6. ItsMeJames for his farm tutorials as well, more farms, some not done by 1. but not very informative though his farms can be explained by 1's videos.
Pix how do you not have more subscribers if you are so AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! i mean seriously you are a god at building. you even inspired me to start playing Minecraft more and to make my own youtube channel. i now love creating decorative builds in both creative and survival Minecraft. all of that was inspired by you. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the good work!!!!
suggestion: make a room with all the best weapons (all enchanted) and the best armor (all enchanted). It would be cool to see what perfect armor/weapons/tools look like all in one room :)
Idea for the Shattered Savannah: Turn the grass blocks into path blocks. The Savannah grass is a dead yellowy-green colour, but the Plains grass is a vibrant green. I think path blocks would finish off the look of the Shattered Savannah exhibit. Other than that, looks amazing. Good luck!
I think I have only seen glazed magenta terracotta used for decor or signs, iirc, some Hermitcrafters are using it for Cyberpunk-looking stuff. Love the crafting table floors! They're actually kind of cute.
To display the pickaxe on the stone to cobblestone one, you could put an item frame attached to the front of the crafting table with like a stone axe inside to show the player they should use it :)
you should make a room that is focused on the end and the end city. so one room can have the end towers and a show of the bedrock gateway which opens up after the ender dragon is killed and then one room that has a whole end city.
Shattered Savana as the name suggests, it consists of mainly shadow of the giant plateau. It will be very interesting if u add some idea to show the shadows representing the biome. ❤️
I've considered using item frames, but a 3x3 of item frames for every craftable item in the game would mean placing about 3000 item frames, which would cause an unplayable of lag.
To decorate the hallway u were talking about, u could put all the possible paintings on the walls otherwise u would have to come up with another room at some point of the time for those paintings
22:50 not like you forgot anything, but you could place gray carpet on top of the blocks whicvh would make the layout less confusing because the arrows on top wouldn't be visible anymore
I considered it, but all the other biomes have used a 1:1 scale, and only used the blocks that generate naturally in the world. I want these to feel like a chunk of terrain lifted out of each biome, not scale models or 'bonsai' versions
I don't know whether this is possible but there are the infested stone types. Maybe you could make a small part of the crafting area in the stronghold to get it or (if it is even possible) piston some of the infested stone to the museum. Other than that I think you got everything!
I dont think you forgot, but did you mention a stonecutter as an actual exhibit? Also, dont forget that stonecutters can be made out of all the decorative stone variants, as well as cobble.
I have an idea for museum exhibit ,, Useless exhibit'' where will be every minecraft useless item or structure like poisonous potato, desert well, dead bush etc.
the only thing i have ever used magenta glazed terracotta for was in the nether cause it really sticks out and it is easy to see and it can point the way home
Armour stand was the only recipe I didn't recall seeing. The museum looks amazing, great work.
Prolly bcuz you can break armour stands ez pz
This museum is looking so great, I can't believe that those small biomes look so true to what they actually are!
suggestion: put pink/magenta carpet over the top of each of the magenta glazed terracotta blocks, so that only the arrows you intend for people to see are visible, and the room looks a bit less busy overall (not sure what to suggest for the arrows on the back of each block, as pink/magenta banners are less subtle than carpets, and might contribute to lag in a similar way to item frames?)
love the exhibit, and I couldn't think of anything you've missed :D
Trapdoors could work behind the blocks instead of banners.
Or grey carpet/banner, to make it look a little more like the stone
Actually, the arrows on the back are pointing in the same direction as the arrows on the front, so it makes sence to keep them visible. But I agree with the carpets on top of the blocks.
you missed the armour stand. It needs smooth stone slabs
I can't wait until the museum project get finished , It is going to be a gem in the crown of Pixlriffs !!!
My guess is that it will put him over 1 million subscribers which I am surprised he doesn't already have.
He has a crown?
I have never heard of that analogy, I like it!
Can we just appreciate the patience Pix has had? He's been working on this museum for ages and still hasn't lost his marbles. Great work!
Someone should put together a playlist of just the museum episodes once this is completed because this is such an interesting project that would be so satisfying to watch from start to finish

“I need to get a little bit more of the magenta glazed terracotta” words I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone ever say ever
After starting watching the series for half a year from episode 1, I am finally on track

Talks about architecture and without missing a beat casually shoots a spider. Top-class.

The museum is coming out really good. Well done
I'll miss this series
this is legit talent
Stone cutters are so underrated! You can get an exact amount of items and get more efficient stairs. It's one of my favourite blocks in Minecraft
Your museum looks great 👍🏻👍🏻
It always amazes me the way he says inventory, almost as if he is inventing his inventory.
Have you thought about making a zoo in the museum? I think that would fit in really well!
It is a great touch if you obscure the upper faces of the chiseled magenta blocks with light sources or decorative stuff.
So much unique progress 👍👍!
Also you can call the rooms: "Crafter Halls " !
This museum will be one of the best minecraft guide museum ever
You could put paintings in the corridors as museums do. That would give the corridors a functionality.
Seeing your hardwork I am mesmerised

To have the Savannah colour you could use path blocks for the grass. Maybe that'll work out a little bit.

Didn't he already do an exhibit on enchantments and armour?
On the end of the series you could use a map editor and change the biomes exibition. It would be cool!
The magenta glazed terracotta actually looks a lot better in RTX if you might have any uses for that in that series.
Idea for the Shattered Savannah:

Shattered savanna actually has pretty vibrant grass, similar to plains. Normal savanna doesn't, so your suggestion would work great there.

Armour Stands need smooth stone slabs so maybe you want to add that?
Hello bro thanks for your series
Pix you could use slabs and walls to make the shattered savanna look miniature
I considered it, but all the other biomes have used a 1:1 scale, and only used the blocks that generate naturally in the world. I want these to feel like a chunk of terrain lifted out of each biome, not scale models or 'bonsai' versions
I'd put the back row a bit higher (1 or 2 blocks), because vision is blocked from the front row.
I love the idea though
Smooth stone slab can be turned into armor stand and stone slab can be turned into grindstone
