I just ordered this kite in the pink/blue with a 20ft tube tail. At the end of the month I'm enjoying a week at the beach and plan to take advantage of those offshore winds. I know that this video has been out awhile but thanks for sharing!

I remember in 1980s when I'm a kid I linked 3 or 4 lines together and my kite gone inside the clouds. I remember in this day all kids laughing in that day. I'm thinking to do this again.

I was hoping a tube tail would help me me in my area of strong winds that are 90% gust all the time but it seems like yours still goes sideways even with the tube. Which is what causes crash where I live because all of sudden ten sustained 30 mph gust drops down to like 8mph and the kite can’t support its self in the perpendicular position it was in without the high wind and hits the ground. Sometimes it also gets too much lift and will similarly loop itself into the ground. Great video. I love the zenith series and just wish so bad to be able to fly mine reliably in my terrible area.
If it's a gusty day here I fly my smaller winged cody with a looped fuzzy tail. Maybe try a fuzzy tail on the zenith, it gives more drag than the tube tail. Regards moon 🪁🪁🪁

How much minimum wind?
Hi Carver. Needs about 8/9 mph for lift, the Zenith 5 will fly in less 5/6mph.. Moon..
