I so rarely hear tiny home builders talking about air flow, moisture etc which is just so critical - and he knows because he discovered for himself. I love the glass house!!
If a man hasn't enough to do, what he chooses? Build a next cabine somewhere right around the house where's still some space left. And she loves him - because of that as well. ('At least he tries to do something usefull' provides her with just the right feeling, as soon as her needs have been already covered.)
Several years ago, my sister bought a single wide, very old and tattered mobile home. It turned out to be a true diamond in the rough. Within 2 years, she had some much needed work professionally done, and she did an amazing job with some DIY projects .
What does it look like now😊
Would love to see that! I am a big proponent of mobile homes, especially getting used ones for free or cheap that can be fixed up to be an affordable home!
OMW the glasshouse is AWESOME! And love the garden! And the box truck has everything you need - place to sleep, place to eat, and a space to make food. I like the shower being outside as well - that's a great idea 👍
The moisture problem is SO true!! We lived on a boat in NZ for a while and it is difficult with the rain or condensation. This space is really gorgeous!! The bath/green house is so magic. There garden is beautiful. Very clever couple I think.
Super awesome. I'm a 70 year old and live off grid in a tiny home.
Noisy pumps are brilliant - they don't rinse quiet, a hugde advantage,; of course I wouldn't change such a beauty.😊
You both have created such a nice place for yourselves. Love all the plants!
Yes yes the key to a great life is to live as cheap and simple as possible with a good cache of liquor . The bathtub room is amazing, great ideas.
Total respect for the water filtration system! And I am in love with the wee stove and the beautiful stone work below it. And just about everything else! xx
This is so charming. It reminds me of my grandmothers pantry kitchen. It was a side kitchen with everthing out on wood shelves with plants and saltnpepper shakers, canisters, etc. it’s a truly beautiful life this couple has built
Your home is so beautiful 😍
This space is so beautiful!❤
Great video. Love how you guys think!
I love it! I live off-grid in my Airstream, I love the cozy setting, it's how I live with my dogs, cat, lots of plants and books
Wow... this is incredible! I love everything about this place. It seems so big and spacious even though the bed wasn't that far from the kitchen. The garden is so gorgeous- all the amazing flowers! But, my absolute favorite part of this home was the greenhouse/bath house. That is truly the most gorgeous place to bathe, and I have a pretty strong feeling the bath water, waters the plants after its used. ☮️🩷💜🪷🕉
I totally agree about all your lovely things on show where you can see them and use and enjoy.
Beautiful space for 2 beautiful people!
i have an old 1980 Bedford J2 that could do with a lot of love but boy oh boy did it give me joy.
love the holiday home too! well done guys! enjoy and be blessed! xx
Beautiful space! House trucks really aren’t a thing here. On very rare occasion you might find something similar homemade in a field. We have lots of RVs and campers, though they are majority wood framed with aluminum siding, so they get leaks easily and tend to rot quickly. I am always impressed with other countries that have predominantly fiberglass and aluminum options.
love these two thank you for sharing
beautiful, so cosy ❤🌲
So awsome to hear someone say how I feel. I went through near death and found vanlife. Served, slef built my van and been living and traveling in it for the past year and half. Love your van
Lost Native. Blessings and enjoy your many adventures.
You look a bit like my cousin, I think he will be happy doing something like this too. Yip people always will think something, so great one lives your life full out how you want to live. Fantastic you guys..

Ne güzel iki devletler kişisiniz hep mutlu sağlıklı olmanız dileğimle biz Türklerin bu olanakları yok izi izlemekten mutlu oldum.
This is actually crazy, I had to do a double take bc I thought it was my childhood wagon!! It’s not (I think 😂) but wow, it’s such a fun of nostalgia to see such a beautiful wagon and to see it so loved is amazing 💕
Kiwi ingenuity ❤
I do like this
Good on you guys , i look forward to your truck build
Hopefully you put it on youtube
I wish building a home was as easy as falling in love...
I love your home ❤... I too moved to the country.. goal to be off grid, almost there. Cheers.😊
Haha I'm not actually in the country. I'm in Christchurch. Just looks like it
He is adorable. They are cute. True, don't live to work
P.S. My Mum and Dad once holidayed in a tiny caravan and they nick-named the tiny toilet as ' the crusher' ! xx
Beautiful couple with beautiful hoooome😊😊😊😊
👍🌳🎥
Todo muy kool pero lonq veo es q la senora cada vez q habla o lo poco q habla siempre esta mirando a su companero, como si estuviera teniendo mucho cuidado q no diga algo q a el no le guste...es mi percepcion
What are you trying to say mate? That's dark aye. That's me in the video and I love my partner very much.
I’m just looking at his sexy face that’s all 😂
I've noticed it is pretty common for couples to do this (video or irl)
Its just a lot more comfortable to look at someone you love while you're speaking than to look at a camera or a stranger.
❤❤❤❤
Swiss Family Robinson vibes!
You might want to enclose the front porch to give you the extra area to walk in while raining.
You could put a sky window in that would give you air flow. I really want to sell up and do what you are doing.
I grew up in an off grid lifestyle, my siblings and I thought we were poor, but now we realise that we were very lucky , we didn’t need to worry about monthly bills. We only need to pay land and house taxes.
I like it but I would get claustrophobic being in a small place and having it full of items all around, I would like it to be more spacious, if it would of be me. Other than that I love the glass section, I honestly will make that a luxurious bedroom area lol.
👍🌲🎥
👏👍💪🔥
I wouldve been interested to find out who owned the land they've parked all their stuff on? I live partially off grid with a food orchard but had to top myself to buy the land to be able to do this-so genuinely curious
Was this previously ZZ's ???
This was hard to follow as it jumped from one space to the other. All the spaces are cute and have character.
He’s rather gorgeous
off grid is the best life
I was hoping to hear about the land they’re on. Did I miss it? Need a place to sit upon. This is one dilemma I see: bank usually won’t mortgage raw land without a house on it. And a decent piece of land in Canada is not cheap! What to do when you don’t have a lot of cash?
I can't remember what their land situation was, best to ask them directly through instagram. Their links are in the description
@@Differentmedia Cheers.
Or in Australia councils don’t let you do anything like this.
I approached my landlord and asked if he would be happy for us to move in, and he was. Before that I put up a Facebook post in local community pages and found a spot before my current one just around the corner. Had different ideas of how we would be living so found a new spot. Our landlords are amazing. You just have to put out feelers and not be afraid to approach people. There was no family connection, nor do I own it. We completely found it on our own accord.
oh great, thank you very much!@@jamesstephens8541
This is really nice but who owns the land
Our landlords that we didn't know beforehand. I liked the spot so I approached him and asked if we could rent it 😊👍
Did your partner help out? We barely got to hear from her! !
No I built this myself and we met about 2 years after, that's why she didn't talk much in the video. We are building one together now 😊
I can see that dwelling for a single woman, but not a couple. I had the kneejerk reaction (and it's just my opinion) that he may be trying to live in a time of his life where this schtick was more charming. At this point, the woman is most likely looking for him to make an income.
No one needs to live in a place this small, you can fit the earths population in the state of Texas, with enough space for a garden each,….think about that and how people are manipulated into thinking they need to live in a rabbit hutch
