Sand is mostly commonly made of silicon. Humans have less than 0.15% Silicon by mass. So if they're (somehow) only measuring silicon mass, it would probably be a negligible added if a human fell in. Granted, there's the bird comment, and I'm too lazy to find the composition of elements. Plus this was just an excuse for me to look up how much silicon is in a human. Great video!
The Absorbing Man scene was done really well, with the leftover marks on where his fingers were, moving in a jolting manner rather than fluidly, even moving through the material. Major kudos to whoever was in charge of that!
Francois Villon, early French poet and criminal...legend portrayed in films as well. Ronald Colman...forget which film...meets king, etc. IF I WERE KING, perhaps?

*psssh* Heck no, the Lizard is the best villain.
Despite my general dislike of the 2003 Hulk movie, the way they did Absorbing Man was at times REALLY COOL.

I like when the lizard grew his arm back it's all lizardy skin and then he peels it off showing new skin. It's very realistic and lizard like.
