I have another concer about the pre infusion, is seems that the machine once I unplug it from the outlet, despite I have program a 5 second pre infusion, and the value is save on the display, by default it starts with a 2 second no with the program 5, to make it to five I have to enter ther menu and re program again. If I turn off the machine with out disconecting frome the outlet the 5 second pre infusion is saved with out any problem. Is this the normal operation of the machine, or I have a problmen with mine??
The leva model has levers instead of dials for the steam and hot water. Nothing to do with the grouphead
