The only thing required of those are lights, not all mopeds and dirt bikes are requried to have license plates if theyre a born before it was required. And not a single moped, dirt bike or motorcycle is required to have mirrors.

Roadways are public and are a privilege, not a right, to ride on them you need to use a registered vehicle. I don't know about places like India, where mopeds are every 5 feet, but in the US where these kids are from, it is law. It's from the department of transportation. It's federal. A single 2 second google search proves you wrong. If you are just riding in the woods or something you don't need those requirements. But those kids are riding on the street, it's DOT federal law.

Clearly I must be a more aggressive biker than I thought I was. Watching these types of videos I get angry that the biker isn't getting angry. Take 10:18. If you grab a log and aggressively come my way with it I'm ramming my bike right the fuck into you. Why should I take the chance of stopping and potentially getting clubbed with it? Then if you grab my bike like that other guy did your getting a quick punch to the face with my bike gloves on. I've done it before after some drunk guy tried to grab my bike keys and I'd do it any other time. Clearly I must be a more aggressive biker than I thought I was. Watching these types of videos I get angry that the biker isn't getting angry.
Take 10:18. If you grab a log and aggressively come my way with it I'm ramming my bike right the fuck into you. Why should I take the chance of stopping and potentially getting clubbed with it? Then if you grab my bike like that other guy did your getting a quick punch to the face with my bike gloves on. I've done it before after some drunk guy tried to grab my bike keys and I'd do it any other time. No one has a right to do that shit, it's the equivalent of someone opening your car door and coming at you in my opinion.
I felt the same when that guy was trying to nick the keys from his bike. When I saw that I almost rammed my fist into the screen, just the defensive instincts kicking in.
